Choose the Edge 70 for a lighter body and wireless charging
The cited Edge 70 configuration weighs 159 g, compared with 207.1 g or 208.0 g for the Redmi depending on color. Motorola lists a 4800 mAh silicon-carbon battery, 68 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging. The Redmi’s listed battery capacity is larger, but no comparable standardized battery-runtime test is available here.
Compare camera setups by what you shoot
Xiaomi specifies a 200 MP OIS main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide. Motorola specifies a 50 MP OIS main camera and a 50 MP ultrawide with autofocus and macro capability. The Redmi’s higher main-camera megapixel count does not alone demonstrate better photos; the listed megapixels and features do not substitute for comparable image testing.
