This comparison is between the Redmi 15C 5G and Moto G57 Power, not the separate Redmi 15C 4G. In Smartprix’s India listing, updated September 22, 2026, the Redmi is ₹17,499 and the Moto is ₹20,990—a ₹3,491 listed-price gap. The Moto has the sharper listed display and larger listed battery; the Redmi costs less and has Xiaomi-published specifications for its 5G model. Prices and some Moto specifications below come from a comparison aggregator, so check the exact model, configuration, seller and stock before buying.
Which Redmi 15C is being compared?
Xiaomi sells distinct Redmi 15C 4G and 5G models. The 4G model uses a MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra and eMMC 5.1 storage; the 5G model uses a Dimensity 6300 and UFS 2.2 storage. Those chipset and storage details are not interchangeable. This article compares the Redmi 15C 5G with the Moto G57 Power, matching the India comparison listing. Display: Moto lists more pixels at the same refresh rate
Smartprix lists the Moto G57 Power with a 1080 × 2400 display and a 120Hz refresh rate. Xiaomi specifies the Redmi 15C 5G at 1600 × 720 and up to 120Hz. That makes the Moto the higher-resolution option on the published figures, while both are listed at up to 120Hz. Xiaomi’s global specifications give the Redmi a 6.9-inch screen, 660-nit typical brightness and 810-nit HBM; Smartprix lists the Moto’s screen as 6.72 inches. Resolution and refresh rate alone do not establish overall display quality or brightness in everyday use.

Battery and charging: capacity is not a runtime test
Xiaomi specifies a 6000mAh typical battery and 33W charging for the Redmi 15C 5G. Smartprix lists a 7000mAh battery for the Moto G57 Power, but its comparison page does not state a charging speed. A larger capacity figure does not by itself prove longer real-world battery life: actual runtime depends on factors including display use, signal conditions, software and workload. No comparable endurance test is established here.
Xiaomi says the charging adapter is sold separately in certain regions. Check the package contents for the specific market and seller rather than assuming a charger is included.

Chipset, memory and storage: compare the exact Redmi variant
The Redmi 15C 5G uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300, LPDDR4X memory and UFS 2.2 storage according to Xiaomi. Xiaomi lists regional memory/storage combinations of 4GB+128GB, 4GB+256GB and 8GB+256GB, with microSD expansion up to 1TB. The comparison listing reports the Moto G57 Power as 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, with a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset.

These are specification claims, not benchmark or hands-on performance results. The Redmi’s memory extension feature uses storage and is not equivalent to additional physical RAM. Confirm the Redmi’s actual RAM and storage SKU before checkout; the model name alone does not guarantee one configuration.

Cameras: different lenses, no established photo-quality winner
Xiaomi lists a 50MP f/1.8 main rear camera and an auxiliary lens on the Redmi 15C 5G, plus an 8MP f/2.0 front camera. Smartprix reports a 50MP main and 8MP ultra-wide rear camera for the Moto G57 Power. A megapixel count or lens list does not establish which phone takes better photos, and the cited information does not provide comparable camera testing.
Network, durability and everyday features
The Redmi 15C 5G’s specifications are for a 5G model; Xiaomi’s page also notes dual SIM plus microSD, Bluetooth 5.4 and a 3.5mm headphone jack. NFC availability depends on market. Xiaomi lists IP64 dust and splash resistance under specified laboratory conditions, warns against immersion, and notes that resistance may degrade over time. IP64 is not waterproofing.

Smartprix’s cited Moto comparison does not state network-band details, an IP rating or comparable accessory information. Check the precise Indian SKU and manufacturer or seller listing for those details if they affect your purchase.

Xiaomi’s global page lists HyperOS 2 for the Redmi 15C 5G, while Smartprix lists Android 15 for the Redmi and Android 16 for the Moto G57 Power. These labels come from different sources and do not, by themselves, settle which software build or update status a particular retail unit will have. Smartprix gives update-duration information for the Redmi only; the cited material does not establish a comparable official support commitment for both phones. Do not infer a longer update period for either device from the listed Android version alone.

Smartprix’s India listing, last updated September 22, 2026, shows the Redmi 15C 5G at ₹17,499 and the Moto G57 Power at ₹20,990. The difference is ₹3,491, calculated from those two listed prices. These are current-found aggregator prices, not guaranteed prices or official MSRPs. Offers, seller, stock, geography and memory/storage configuration can change the amount you actually pay. A separate 91mobiles search-result listing showed ₹17,499 and ₹20,999 with Amazon retailer references, but the page was not available to verify; treat that as lower-confidence corroboration, not a live offer.
