The Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G sold in India has the larger, higher-resolution screen and a higher stated battery capacity; the iQOO Z11 Lite lists faster wired charging and a higher dust-and-water rating. There is no verified, like-for-like current price gap: iQOO’s India store listed the 4GB+128GB Z11 Lite at ₹19,999 on October 7, 2026, while a comparable live Redmi price was not established. First confirm which Redmi 15 regional model you mean—the global 4G version and India 5G version have different chipsets.
First, identify the Redmi 15 variant
“Redmi 15” does not identify one interchangeable specification sheet. Xiaomi’s global Redmi 15 listing describes a 4G model with a Snapdragon 685, while Xiaomi India’s separate Redmi 15 5G page lists a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3. Xiaomi also notes that configurations and network bands can vary by region. Check the exact local SKU and its supported bands before buying; the global model’s specifications should not be attributed to the India 5G phone. Which phone has the better screen?
On the published figures, the India Redmi 15 5G offers the larger panel and higher resolution: 6.9 inches at FHD+, compared with the Z11 Lite’s 6.74-inch, 1600 × 720 HD+ LCD. Xiaomi lists a refresh rate of up to 144Hz; iQOO lists 120Hz. Refresh rate is only one aspect of a display, so those figures alone do not establish which screen looks better in use.
Battery capacity and charging are a trade-off
Xiaomi lists a 7000mAh battery and 33W charging for the India Redmi 15 5G, while iQOO lists 6500mAh and 44W FlashCharge for the Z11 Lite. The Redmi therefore has the higher stated capacity, and the iQOO has the higher rated wired charging power. These specifications do not establish real-world battery endurance or time to charge; those depend on testing conditions and use.
Xiaomi also states that the Redmi battery retains at least 80% of its original capacity after 1,600 full charging cycles. That is a claim on Xiaomi’s product page, not an independently established result. Xiaomi India Redmi 15 5G.

The India Redmi 15 5G is listed as IP64, and the iQOO Z11 Lite as IP65. The Z11 Lite therefore has the higher published IP rating, but neither rating means the phone is immersion-proof. Performance and cameras: listed hardware is not a verdict
The India Redmi 15 5G lists a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3, while the Z11 Lite lists a MediaTek Dimensity 6300. The global 4G Redmi instead lists a Snapdragon 685. These chipset names establish which processors the manufacturers specify, but they do not establish which phone performs better overall without comparable testing of the exact regional models.

The manufacturers list a 50MP main camera for each India phone, with different accompanying camera descriptions. The Redmi page identifies a 50MP AI dual camera; iQOO specifies a Sony IMX852 50MP camera and a 0.08MP secondary camera. Megapixel counts and module names alone cannot predict image quality, and comparable independent camera samples or controlled testing are not established here. The iQOO India official e-store displayed ₹19,999 for the Z11 Lite 4GB+128GB listing on October 7, 2026. This is a time-sensitive observed store price, not a guaranteed current price. A comparable live price for the Redmi 15 5G was not established, so a reliable price difference cannot be calculated from these figures.
For a fair comparison, check both phones on the same day and compare the same RAM-and-storage tier, retailer type, and offer terms. Separate the listed price from a sale price or a price that depends on a card discount. iQOO Official E-Store India.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the India Redmi 15 5G based on the listed specs if your priorities are a larger, higher-resolution screen or the higher stated battery capacity.
- Consider the iQOO Z11 Lite based on the listed specs if you value its higher rated charging power or IP65 rating.
- Compare the exact regional models before deciding if processor or 5G compatibility is important: the global 4G Redmi and India 5G Redmi have different specifications.
- Wait to call a price winner until you have same-day prices for matching configurations and offers.
