Amazon’s October 6–7, 2026 event is Prime Big Deal Days, not summer Prime Day. Amazon’s roundup identifies seven specific deal candidates across tech, home, beauty, fashion, kids, grocery, and fitness. They are useful starting points—not independently tested recommendations—and the advertised prices and availability can change. Check each listing before buying.
What are the best deals of the fall season?
Amazon says Prime Big Deal Days runs for 48 hours in the U.S., ending at 11:59 p.m. PDT on October 7. The company lists deals across more than 35 categories and says the event is available in 22 countries, though dates can differ by country. Amazon distinguishes this October event from summer Prime Day. See Amazon’s event announcement and event FAQ for its details.
Amazon’s deal roundup names the following candidates. The “up to” discounts below are Amazon’s advertised maximums, not verified savings across every size, version, or customer. The cited source does not establish current checkout prices or independent product-quality rankings.
| Pick | Category | Amazon-advertised discount | Who it may suit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Arlo Essential Indoor Pan Tilt Zoom Security Camera | Tech | Up to 64% off | Someone looking for an indoor camera with pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities. |
| Something from Nothing cookbook | Home | Up to 55% off | A home cook interested in adding a cookbook to their kitchen. |
| amika smoothing anti-frizz set | Beauty | Up to 50% off | Someone shopping for a hair-smoothing set. |
| Calvin Klein Men’s Cotton Stretch Boxer Brief 3-pack | Fashion | Up to 66% off | A shopper seeking a multi-pack of men’s boxer briefs. |
| Skillmatics Foil Fun Disney Princess kit | Kids | Up to 46% off | A buyer looking for a Disney Princess-themed creative activity kit. |
| Premier Protein 30g High Protein Shake 12-pack | Grocery | Up to 50% off | A shopper considering a 12-pack of protein shakes. |
| LiyLou Walking Pad Treadmill | Fitness | Up to 61% off | Someone considering a walking pad for indoor exercise. |
These examples come from Amazon’s deal roundup. The roundup is not a complete top ten: its cited examples establish seven named products, so this guide does not invent three more picks to match the headline’s “top 10” phrasing.

How do I find the best deals this Prime Big Deal Days?
Compare the price, not just the discount badge
Amazon says product pages may include Price History showing up to 365 days of pricing. Use that context to judge whether the current price is compelling for an item you already want; a large advertised percentage alone does not prove a good value. The history feature and its stated coverage are described in Amazon’s event FAQ.
Check the exact version and eligibility
Before checkout, confirm the selected product, size, configuration, and quantity. Amazon’s maximum “up to” discount may not apply to every variant. Check whether the listing shows an active deal, whether it is available to your account, and whether stock remains.

Account for timing and location
Amazon says new Today’s Big Deals drops occur at midnight, 8 a.m., and 1 p.m. PDT during the event; offers may be limited by stock. The U.S. sale ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT October 7, but participating countries may follow different dates. Check your local Amazon storefront and the deal’s displayed expiration.
Do you need Prime to shop the event?
Amazon says Prime membership is required for event deals. Its FAQ lists standard U.S. membership at $14.99 per month or $139 per year and says eligible customers can start a 30-day trial. Those terms are U.S.-specific and date-sensitive; check the membership page for your country before signing up. Amazon’s FAQ provides the event’s membership details.
