She has been released from Leonida Penitentiary

What does Lucia want?
Lucia wants the good life her mother has dreamed of since their time in Liberty City. Rockstar portrays her as willing to take matters into her own hands rather than wait for circumstances to improve. Her profile sums up her outlook with the line, “The only thing that matters is who you know and what you got.” That is Rockstar-authored character copy, not a quote attributed to an actor or interview.
What is Lucia’s relationship with Jason?
Rockstar describes a life with Jason as a possible way out for Lucia. The game-page synopsis says an easy score goes wrong, pulling Jason and Lucia into a criminal conspiracy stretching across Leonida and forcing them to rely on one another if they want to survive. This is the official premise, not a complete plot summary; Rockstar has not published the full story.
