Which phone has the better screen?
On paper, vivo offers a larger display, higher listed resolution, and higher refresh rate. Samsung’s screen is described as Super AMOLED, while vivo’s is listed as AMOLED. Those labels and numbers do not establish which panel looks better: brightness, color tuning, reflection handling, and viewing conditions matter, and the comparison pages do not provide equivalent hands-on display testing.

- Please note, this device does not support E-SIM; This 4G model is compatible with all GSM networks worldwide outside of the U.S. In the US, ONLY compatible with T-Mobile and their MVNO's (Metro and Standup). It will NOT work with other CDMA carriers, and it is also not compatible with their MVNO (Visible, Xfinity Mobile, US Mobile, Cricket Wireless, etc).
- Compatibility with certain third-party devices and accessibility accessories, including some hearing aids, may vary depending on manufacturer support, Bluetooth protocols, software compatibility, and regional firmware limitations. For additional hearing aid compatibility information, please refer to Samsung’s official support documentation.

Which one should you choose for battery life?
The vivo’s listed 7,050 mAh capacity exceeds Samsung’s 6,000 mAh. That makes vivo the higher-capacity choice on paper, but capacity alone cannot predict how long either phone lasts. Screen settings, processor efficiency, software, signal strength, and use all affect endurance; no comparable independent battery test is available in these listings.
The listed charging rates are close: 44 W for vivo and 45 W for Samsung. They do not establish real charging time, and compatible charger availability should be confirmed for the exact retail package.

Do the camera specifications make one a better choice?
The comparison pages list a 50 MP main and 8 MP ultrawide camera for vivo, and a 50 MP main, 5 MP ultrawide, and 2 MP macro camera for Samsung. Samsung therefore has more listed rear-camera modules, while vivo’s listed ultrawide has a higher megapixel count. Neither camera count nor megapixels alone shows which phone takes better photos. The available information does not include comparable image samples or testing, so choose based on independent camera reviews of the exact models if photography is a deciding factor.
Which phone is likely to receive updates longer?
Gadgets Now lists three years of OS updates and five years of security updates for vivo, compared with six years for both OS and security updates for Samsung. If those support periods are confirmed for the Indian models, Samsung has the longer stated support window. The figures were not confirmed on either manufacturer’s official site in the available information, so verify the policy with the manufacturer before buying on that basis. Gadgets Now’s comparison is the source for these listed periods.

Which phone is the better buy?
- Choose the vivo T5 5G if its larger, higher-resolution, higher-refresh-rate display or higher listed battery capacity matters most, and the higher price fits your budget.
- Consider the Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G if you want the lower price shown in the comparison snapshots or place greater weight on the longer support period listed by Gadgets Now, after confirming that policy for your region.
Neither option is an automatic winner: the price gap depends on matching configurations and current offers, while display quality, battery endurance, and camera performance cannot be settled from these specifications alone.
