The most convenient parking is The Bloc’s own garage at 700 Flower Street. It has entrances on Flower, Hope, and 8th Streets, is listed as open 24/7, and posts self-parking at $4 per 10 minutes, capped at $44 per day. The Bloc also offers validation through certain merchants and a direct connection to the 7th Street/Metro Center station.

Where is The Bloc parking garage?

The Bloc garage is at 700 Flower Street in Downtown Los Angeles, with vehicle entrances from Flower, Hope, and 8th Streets. The Bloc’s visitor directions say drivers heading south on Flower Street should use the entrance on the left. From Flower, continue past the valet level and take the upper helix for self-parking; entrances from Hope and 8th Streets lead to the self-parking helix.

The parking operator lists the garage as open 24/7. Its posted vehicle-height limit is 6 ft 2 in, and it does not allow in-and-out access. Check the operator’s site for current details before you arrive, particularly if your vehicle is tall or you expect to leave and return.

The operator offers advance reservations through its booking site. Reservation prices and availability depend on the date and parking duration, so select the intended visit to see the applicable offer rather than assuming it matches the posted drive-up rates.

Accessible parking and EV charging

Accessible spaces

The Bloc says accessible parking is available on all nine garage levels. Enter from Flower Street just before 8th Street and follow the self-parking signs.

Electric-vehicle charging

The venue lists EV chargers on the valet level and on self-parking levels 5 and 7. Its visitor page lists ChargePoint pricing at $2 per hour for the first three hours and $20 per hour afterward. Which parking option should you choose?

  • Choose self-parking if you want to park in the garage and your visit fits the posted rate or daily maximum.
  • Check validation first if you are shopping or dining at a participating merchant; eligibility and time limits affect the total.
  • Consider valet if you prefer it, but compare its separate per-10-minute rate and daily cap.
  • Reserve ahead if you want to check date-specific availability and pricing before driving downtown.
  • Use Metro if you do not need your vehicle at The Bloc, keeping the station entrance’s stated hours in mind.
