In STARSEED: Asnia Trigger, your account ID is labeled ID Code. Open the game, tap your profile image, and read the code shown beside the image. If a support form asks for a CS Code, that is a separate value found under the hamburger menu at Settings > Account.
Find the ID Code next to your profile image
The game’s visible account identifier is called the ID Code. The official “Account Level Milestone Event,” published by the STARSEED: Asnia Trigger team on October 30, 2024, gives this route: “Tap your profile image > Find your ID Code next to the profile image.”
- Launch STARSEED: Asnia Trigger and wait until the main game screen appears.
- Tap your profile image, usually displayed in the player-profile area of the game screen.
- Look beside the profile image for the field labeled ID Code. The characters shown there are the account ID you can provide when an event, player lookup, or support instruction requests your ID Code.
Copy the characters exactly, including any letters, numbers, capitalization, or punctuation shown by the game. If you are transcribing it for support, compare your typed version with the on-screen value before submitting it.

STARSEED uses two similarly named identifiers. Choosing the wrong one can delay an account inquiry, so check which label the form or announcement requests.

The official event notice establishes the two locations above. It does not say that one code can substitute for the other. Treat the labels as separate fields and provide the requested value rather than sending both indiscriminately.
How to record the code without mistakes
Use the game screen as the source
Do not rely on memory or on an old screenshot if you can open the account. Return to the profile screen and read the current value. This avoids copying a character incorrectly or using a code from a different account on a shared device.
Check character-by-character
Some fonts make letters and numbers look alike. Zooming a screenshot for your own reference can help you inspect the value, but verify the enlarged image against the live screen. Preserve capitalization and the exact sequence; do not add spaces that are not displayed.

Keep the identifier private
An ID Code is an account-related detail, not a password. Even so, screenshots can reveal usernames, server information, purchase details, or other personal data around the profile screen. Crop unnecessary information before sharing an image publicly. Send account details only through the game’s or publisher’s official Customer Support channel, not to an unverified account claiming to represent the game.
When a form asks for the CS Code
If the support page does not accept the value beside your profile image, read the field label carefully. A request for CS Code points to a different menu path:
- From the game screen, open the hamburger menu.
- Select Settings.
- Open Account.
- Locate the CS Code shown in the account section and enter that value in the support form.
The menu wording or placement can differ slightly by platform, game version, or region. Follow the on-screen labels that correspond to Settings and Account; do not assume that the ID Code beside the profile image is the CS Code.

If you cannot open the account
Finding an ID Code requires access to the profile screen. The ID Code itself is an identifier; it does not restore a lost login or transfer an account to another device. For access problems, use the sign-in method that was previously linked to the account.
After a region integration or account change
In its notice updated March 12, 2026, the STARSEED: Asnia Trigger team described a recovery route for players who initially entered as guests after region integration:
- Complete Tutorial 1-1 if the game requires it before account settings become available.
- Open Menu > Settings > Account.
- Sign out of the currently loaded account.
- Sign in with the login method previously used for the account you want to recover.
- If the account still does not appear, contact official Customer Support and explain what happened.
The same notice warns players not to delete the account they actually use. Read the account name or status carefully before confirming any deletion or sign-out action, particularly when more than one account is present on the device.

Why a guest account can disappear
Com2uS’s Customer Support FAQ recommends syncing at least one account and warns that guest data may be deleted after the game is reinstalled or a device is reset. A guest session that has never been linked may therefore be impossible to restore after those events. Linking an available account method before changing devices is the safer approach.
Link an account before changing devices
The support FAQ lists several account-linking choices: Hive, Google, Google Play, Apple, and Game Center. Availability can depend on the device and operating system. The important distinction is between a linked account, which can be used to sign in again, and an unlinked guest session, whose data may not survive a reinstall or reset.
- Open the account settings while you can still access the correct profile.
- Review which sign-in method is linked and make sure you can use that method independently.
- Do not unlink or delete the active account merely to test another login.
- Before reinstalling the game or resetting a phone, confirm that the desired account is synchronized.
These precautions do not change where the ID Code is displayed; they reduce the chance that you will lose access before you can retrieve it.

What to include in a Customer Support request
Use the official support channel for account questions. Provide the identifier the form requests and describe the access problem in a way that lets support distinguish the affected account from any guest or alternate account on the device.
- State whether you need the ID Code, the CS Code, or help signing in.
- Enter the code exactly as displayed, without substituting one identifier for the other.
- Describe the device platform and what changed, such as a reinstall, device reset, sign-out, or region integration.
- Tell support which login method you previously used, such as Hive, Google, Google Play, Apple, or Game Center, when relevant.
- Attach only screenshots and personal details requested by the official form, with unrelated information cropped out.
Never send passwords, one-time verification codes, or payment credentials to someone who contacts you outside the verified support process. The published account notices direct unresolved access cases to Customer Support rather than promising recovery through the ID Code alone.
Troubleshooting by symptom

Interface and region qualifications
The documented routes come from the October 30, 2024 event instructions, the Com2uS support FAQ accessed October 13, 2026, and the region-integration notice updated March 12, 2026. Those sources establish the labels and menu paths, but they do not document every interface variation across platforms, versions, or regions. A future update may move a button while retaining the ID Code, Settings, or Account labels. If your screen differs, use the closest matching account menu and report the exact labels to support.
