The Party Won’t Stop takes place in an apartment building in the West Incursion Zone. Enter from the roof, follow the music to the party, then choose the nine karaoke answers in order to save everyone. The correct sequence also earns the Be What You Want to Be trophy or achievement.
Where to find The Party Won’t Stop
Look in the western or southwestern apartment area of the West Incursion Zone. Guides place the building near the Parking Garage and Testing Facility on Broadway, but their street-level directions differ. The shared route is to reach the apartment building’s roof, enter from there, and follow the music toward the party and its karaoke machine. The front entrance is not the route described in the guides. GuideVault and Method both describe the rooftop approach.

What rewards do you get?
Completing the quest awards the Varsity Jacket and Untapped Bar Blade. Choosing the correct answers to save all partygoers adds the Be What You Want to Be trophy or achievement. A missed answer can cost the all-partygoers condition without preventing ordinary quest completion or its rewards. Polygon’s guide coverage and the walkthroughs distinguish the quest rewards from the perfect-run achievement.

Remedy’s update 1.4.0 notes that it fixed music continuing after The Party Won’t Stop was completed. The patch note does not identify a platform or save-state limitation, so it does not establish whether every instance of the issue was resolved. See Remedy’s update 1.4.0 notes.
