The LEGO PlayStation set is 72306, a 1,911-piece replica of the original console and controller. LEGO Insiders access began October 1, 2026, with general availability announced for October 4. PlayStation Direct began sales October 1 in a number of European markets, the UK, and the US. Stock and delivery estimates change, so check the seller’s local product page before ordering; an October 1 stock report is only a snapshot, not a live inventory feed.
What is the LEGO PlayStation set?
Set 72306 is an 18+ display build of the original PlayStation. The near 1:1-scale replica measures over 6 cm high, 26 cm wide, and 19 cm deep. Its console has functional Open and Power buttons, and the original controller plugs into it. Two hidden buildable game dioramas, inspired by Gran Turismo and Ape Escape, can be stored inside the console or displayed separately. Where to check for the LEGO PlayStation
Start with the official store serving your country, then compare local retailers. The seller’s page is the best place to confirm whether orders are open, who is selling the set, the checkout price, and the estimated delivery date.
LEGO.com and LEGO Stores
LEGO announced Insiders early access from October 1, 2026, followed by general availability from October 4 through LEGO.com, LEGO Stores, and select retailers. The date shown on a regional listing may differ: the US product page retrieved for the launch displayed “Coming soon on October 4, 2026,” while a LEGO UAE listing showed preorders shipping from October 28. Check the page for your market rather than assuming one country’s order status applies everywhere: LEGO Shop US product page and LEGO UAE product listing.

PlayStation Direct
PlayStation said its direct store sales began October 1, 2026, in the US, UK, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. This is a list of stated markets, not confirmation of current stock or delivery availability. Check the local PlayStation Direct listing for its current order state and shipping estimate.
Other retailers
TechRadar’s October 1, 2026 launch-week guide named Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, GameStop, and Target as US retailers to check. For the UK, it listed Amazon, Argos, Smyths Toys, Currys, Very, and TG Jones. These are useful places to look, but the guide’s inventory observations are dated: it reported PlayStation Direct stock at that time, including steady-looking US availability and strong UK stock. How to choose a listing
- Confirm the product number. Look for LEGO PlayStation set 72306, not another PlayStation-themed LEGO product.
- Check the seller and market. Distinguish an official LEGO or PlayStation Direct listing from a third-party retailer or marketplace seller.
- Compare the final checkout total. Review the item price, shipping, taxes, and any other charges; a recommended price is not necessarily the amount charged at checkout.
