For a currently documented official physical release, buy The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild vinyl through Nintendo Store or Laced Records, if it is available in your region. Nintendo lists a 34-track double LP and a 130-track 8-LP box set. For a CD option, Columbia Music Shop lists a four-CD Link’s Awakening collection. If you only want to listen, Nintendo Music is Nintendo’s official digital option in supported countries for Nintendo Switch Online members.
Where to buy official Zelda soundtracks
Nintendo Store and Laced Records
Nintendo identified Nintendo Store and Laced Records as direct sales channels for limited editions of the Breath of the Wild vinyl while supplies last. Check the live store page for your country before ordering: a Nintendo listing does not guarantee current stock or shipping to every destination. Nintendo’s announcement listed US prices of $49.99 for the double LP and $194.99 for the 8-LP set; these are listed prices from that announcement, not a guarantee of today’s price.
Nintendo’s announcement and its US 8-LP product page document the release. Nintendo’s product pages give a September 4, 2026 release date. For Laced Records, check the current regional listing and its shipping terms before purchase.
Columbia Music Shop
Japan-market retailer Columbia Music Shop lists a four-CD Link’s Awakening Original Soundtrack with 205 tracks, combining audio from the Nintendo Switch and Game Boy games. Its listing says the limited first production edition transitions to a regular edition after limited stock sells out. The listing does not establish current inventory or overseas shipping; confirm both directly before ordering.

Which Breath of the Wild vinyl edition should you choose?
The choice is between a smaller selection of tracks and a substantially larger collection. Neither should be described as a complete soundtrack unless its product page explicitly says so.

| Edition | Music and format | Other documented details |
|---|---|---|
| Double LP | 34 selected tracks, including “Overworld (Day),” “Great Fairy Fountain,” and “Hyrule Castle” | Nintendo listed it at $49.99 in its US announcement. Nintendo Canada’s product page documents the edition. |
| 8-LP box set | 130 tracks, newly mastered for vinyl | Arranged by game themes, with Nintendo archival artwork and box packaging. Nintendo listed it at $194.99 in its US announcement. |
The track counts and listed US prices come from Nintendo’s announcement and product information; the prices may have changed. The 8-LP set takes more shelf space, while the double LP contains selected cues rather than the larger set’s 130 tracks. Compare the current total cost, including shipping and any applicable import charges, for your destination.

Can you listen to Zelda music officially without buying a record?
Yes. Nintendo Music is Nintendo’s official digital listening service, but it is streaming rather than a separately purchased physical soundtrack. Access requires a Nintendo Switch Online membership, and the service is not available in every country. Check Nintendo Music’s service page for country availability and current access terms.

How to avoid misleading listings
- For the releases described here, start with Nintendo’s own store pages or the named label and retailer pages.
- Do not assume an old Zelda CD or a marketplace listing is currently sold by Nintendo or authorized. Check the edition and seller’s authorization before treating it as official.
- Confirm the edition, stock, destination shipping, and final checkout total on the seller’s live regional page. Availability and delivery terms can change.
The official listings cited here establish specific releases, not a complete, current inventory of every Zelda soundtrack or a guarantee that these products are available in every country.
