Stake’s official pages do not provide a complete list of every country where every Stake site is available. Instead, Stake.com’s terms list prohibited jurisdictions, while Stake separately identifies locally licensed or authorized operations in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. Those local services are distinct from stake.com, and their existence does not establish that the global site is permitted there.
What Stake’s country list does—and does not—tell you
Stake’s Terms of Service publish a prohibited-jurisdiction list for the service covered by those terms. It is a contractual restriction, not a country-by-country legal assessment. It also is not a complete positive list of places where every Stake-branded domain can be used.
Stake’s licensing page names certain local operations, but a local license or authorization applies to the operation and domain identified there. It does not establish that stake.com is legal or available in that country. The distinction matters particularly in Brazil, Colombia, and Peru: each appears on stake.com’s prohibited list, while Stake also names a separate local operation there.

Those examples are not exhaustive and do not exactly match the terms’ full list. See Stake’s FAQ alongside the terms rather than treating its examples as the full list.

Jurisdictions Stake.com’s terms prohibit
Section 14.3 of Stake’s Terms of Service lists these prohibited jurisdictions for the service covered by those terms:
- Afghanistan, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Croatia, Cuba, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, North Korea, Ontario, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, and Zimbabwe.
The list is Stake’s own terms-based restriction. Its inclusion of a jurisdiction does not by itself establish the details of local law, and its omission of a place should not be read as confirmation that registration or play is lawful there. The terms say the restriction applies to residents of listed jurisdictions and to people from elsewhere while they are physically located in one.

That information identifies the operator and license stated on Stake’s page; it does not determine whether the service is lawful for a particular person in a particular location.

Check your own eligibility before registering or playing
Country-level labels alone cannot settle eligibility. Stake’s terms say users are responsible for determining whether registration and use are lawful where they are. They also prohibit use while located in a jurisdiction where online betting, casino, or live games are prohibited.
- Check the exact service. Confirm whether you are looking at stake.com or a local Stake domain and review the terms and licensing information for that service.
- Check location and residence. Stake’s restrictions can apply based on where you live and where you are physically located when using the service.
- Check the relevant product and local rules. Rules can differ by product and jurisdiction; a local Stake operation does not establish that every Stake service or product is lawful for you.
- Check age and account conditions. Stake says it does not accept registrations from people below 18 or the higher applicable age of majority or gambling age. Its terms also allow it to refuse applications, including where information is misleading or a person attempts to register through a third party.
- Do not treat a working page as permission. Stake says some restricted places may be geo-IP blocked. Do not try to bypass a block or other restriction; its terms say attempts to circumvent restrictions breach the agreement.
Stake’s terms state: “It is the User’s sole responsibility to ensure that their registration of the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction.” Check the current terms, the relevant local service’s licensing information, and applicable local rules before attempting to register or play.

Why availability can change
Stake says some jurisdictions are not accepted because of international policies or local legislation, and that restricted locations may be listed in its terms or geo-IP blocked. Its official pages establish selected restrictions and local operations, but do not give a complete positive country-by-country roster across all Stake domains or settle every subnational boundary. Terms, licensing, domain operations, and local rules can change, so an older list may no longer describe current eligibility.
