Your AT&T.net mailbox is available at currently.com. Choose Mail, sign in with your full AT&T.net email address and password, and enter an authentication security code if prompted.
How to open your AT&T.net email
- Go to currently.com.
- Select Mail.
- Enter your full AT&T.net email address and password.
- If asked for an authentication security code, choose the account phone number that should receive it, enter the code, and submit.
AT&T describes the webmail route as a way to access email anywhere you have internet access. See its Check Your AT&T Email instructions.
Can you check AT&T.net email in an app?
Yes. AT&T says you can use a preferred email app as well as webmail. If you need to configure an app, consult AT&T Mail support for email-program setup details, including information about OAuth and secure mail keys.
What to do if you cannot sign in
Try the password associated with a recent AT&T ID change
Your AT&T ID and email passwords may be the same. If you recently changed your AT&T ID password, try the new password for email.

Reset a forgotten or rejected password
Use AT&T’s password reset instructions. The reset flow asks for your AT&T ID and associated last name, then has you choose an available verification method. AT&T says representatives cannot look up or provide your password, so use account recovery instead.
Wait or reset if the account is locked
Repeated incorrect password attempts can lock the account. AT&T advises waiting an hour before trying again or resetting the password. If you think someone else accessed the account, follow AT&T’s account unlock and security guidance.

Read an inactive-account notice carefully
An inactive notice can refer to different situations. AT&T says an account may be flagged as inactive if it was identified as sending excessive spam. Separately, a mailbox that has not been used for 12 months becomes inactive; signing in may recover it for up to three years, but its old message contents and settings will not be restored. See AT&T’s email access guidance and unlock instructions for the relevant notice.

Do you need to buy anything to access the mailbox?
No physical device or accessory is required to find the mailbox or use AT&T’s self-service password and account recovery options. Start with webmail or an email app you already use.
