Samsung lists Mexico, Vietnam, Brazil, and Hungary as major production sites for its combined “TV, monitor, etc.” category in 2025. That disclosure does not establish that every site makes televisions, or identify where a particular TV model or individual set was assembled.
Samsung’s reported major production sites
Samsung Electronics’ 2025 interim report names four major production sites for the DX Division’s combined “TV, monitor, etc.” category:
- Mexico
- Vietnam
- Brazil
- Hungary
The report does not say that these sites contribute equally, make the same models, or supply particular regional markets. It also does not say these are the only countries where Samsung TVs are made. Samsung Electronics’ 2025 interim report describes major sites for a product category that includes monitors and other products as well as TVs.

Samsung reports 44,361 thousand units of 2025 output for the combined “TV, monitor, etc.” category. This is not a television-only production total, so it should not be read as the number of TVs Samsung made. The report also gives a 78.8% utilization rate for that same combined category, not for television production alone. Samsung Electronics, 2025 interim report.

Why Samsung’s wider manufacturing lists do not answer the TV question
Samsung publishes broader lists of manufacturing locations for its DX Division, which includes consumer-device businesses. Its operations disclosures name sites in South Korea, Slovakia, China, India, Brazil, Poland, Egypt, Vietnam, Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, the United States, Türkiye, Hungary, and Malaysia. Those lists describe division-wide operations and environmental-validation coverage; they are not a register of television assembly plants.
Samsung’s 2025 Sustainability Report and Sustainability in Operations page therefore provide context about the company’s broader footprint, but they do not establish that every listed location manufactures TVs.

How to find where your Samsung TV was made
The corporate disclosures reviewed do not map individual TV model numbers or destinations to assembly countries. For a specific set, check the country-of-origin marking on the television or its packaging. A corporate list of major sites cannot determine the origin of an individual unit.
