Trump Mobile said T1 preorder phones began shipping during the week of May 13, 2026. That was the start of shipments—not a guaranteed arrival date for every customer. A June 25 report still found at least one preorder buyer without a shipping notification, and no verified delivery deadline for all remaining customers is established.
What is the Trump Mobile gold phone?
The gold phone is the Trump Mobile T1 smartphone, announced by the Trump Organization on June 16, 2025. Its original announcement said it would be released in August 2025, but that target passed. The Trump Organization’s announcement is the historical release statement, not a current delivery estimate.
When did Trump Mobile say shipping would begin?
On May 13, 2026, Reuters reported that Trump Mobile said it had begun shipping the $499 T1 phones. CEO Pat O’Brien told Reuters: “Phones that were pre-ordered are starting to be delivered to customers this week.” This describes the start of deliveries, not a date by which every preorder would arrive. Reuters report republished by Investing.com.

The next day, CBS News reported the company’s post: “The T1 Phone has arrived!! Those who pre-ordered the T1 Phone will be receiving an update email. Phones start shipping this week!!!” The post promised update emails and said shipping was starting; it did not confirm that every preorder customer had received a phone. CBS News report.

Have all preorder customers received their phones?
There is no verified customer-wide fulfillment figure or deadline in the available reporting. On June 25, 2026, Android Authority reported that its writer—who had paid the preorder deposit—still had no shipping notification or meaningful update, even as the phone opened for general sale. That is one reported buyer’s experience, not evidence of how many other customers were still waiting. Android Authority report.

The published statements establish that the company announced a shipping start and that at least one buyer later reported waiting for an update. They do not establish an arrival date for a particular order. Customers should rely on their own order communications for a shipment-specific status; no verified public timetable covers all outstanding preorders.
