What will Sandisk’s stock price be by the end of 2026? The company’s latest disclosures do not provide a defensible December 31, 2026 price target, and the available facts alone are not enough to calculate one. They do, however, show a rapidly growing business, ambitious near-term guidance and longer-term targets that depend on execution in a cyclical NAND market. Those factors can frame the investment outlook, but they are not a share-price forecast.
What Sandisk’s latest results and guidance say
Sandisk reported $20.248 billion in revenue for fiscal 2026, which ended July 3, 2026. In its August 5, 2026 results release, the company guided to fiscal Q1 2027 revenue of $10.30 billion to $10.80 billion and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $44.00 to $46.00. These are management’s expectations for one quarter, not guaranteed results; non-GAAP EPS is also a different accounting measure from GAAP EPS. Sandisk’s fiscal Q4 2026 results and Q1 guidance.
The guidance gives investors a near-term indicator to track, but a single quarter cannot establish what the stock will be worth at year-end. The share price will also reflect how results compare with expectations and how investors value the company’s future earnings and cash flows.

Customer agreements may improve visibility
At its August 13, 2026 Investor Day, Sandisk said New Business Model agreements with eight customers represented approximately 50% of its bits in FY2027 and approximately two-thirds in FY2028. The company describes these agreements as using committed volumes, contractual minimum financial guarantees and structured pricing, which it expects to improve demand and cash-flow visibility. That is a stated benefit of the model—not proof that all committed volumes will ship, or that the agreements will deliver a particular level of revenue or profit. Long-range targets are ambitious, not a year-end 2026 valuation
For FY2028 through FY2030, Sandisk’s framework assumes mid-to-high-teens revenue growth, approximately 80% non-GAAP gross margins, approximately 75% non-GAAP operating margins and approximately 50% adjusted free-cash-flow margin. The company cautions that these forward-looking targets rely on estimates and assumptions and may not indicate future results. They describe a longer-range operating ambition; they do not translate directly into a December 2026 stock price.
AI-related storage demand and NAND technology
Sandisk cites data-intensive AI workloads and storage needs as sources of market opportunity. Its Investor Day release says the total available market for enterprise data-center flash is expected to reach 1.2 zettabytes by 2030; that is the company’s market estimate, not an independently verified measurement. The company also says BiCS10 QLC achieves a 60% increase in bit density compared with BiCS8. A technical density claim does not by itself demonstrate customer adoption, market-share gains or higher profitability.

What could weaken the outlook
Sandisk’s earnings and Investor Day releases identify risks that could prevent its expectations from becoming results:
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →- NAND demand and pricing: Demand can fluctuate, while average selling-price trends and competitive pricing can affect revenue and margins.
- Customer commitments and deployments: Agreements improve visibility only if they convert into shipments and cash flow; customer changes, consolidation or delayed deployments can affect results.
- Technology and manufacturing execution: Product transitions, product ramps and manufacturing or supply-chain disruptions can interfere with delivery or increase execution risk.
- Partnership reliance: Sandisk identifies its reliance on Kioxia as a risk.
- Competition and customer relationships: Competing products and pricing, as well as changes in customer relationships, can affect demand and the company’s ability to meet its plans.
These risks are especially relevant when judging long-range margin assumptions against near-term business conditions. Sandisk’s releases do not establish how any of them will develop through December 2026. The company’s earnings release discusses risks to actual results; its Investor Day release also cautions about forward-looking expectations.

How to think about end-of-2026 scenarios
Without a supported price target, the most useful approach is to track the conditions that could push results and investor expectations in different directions. These are qualitative scenarios, not predictions or assigned probabilities.
| Scenario | What would need to happen | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| More supportive | NAND demand and pricing remain favorable; customer agreements translate into shipments and cash flow; product transitions and manufacturing ramps proceed effectively. | Reported revenue and margins relative to management’s quarterly guidance, and evidence that contracted demand is being delivered. |
| More challenging | Demand or pricing weakens; customer deployments slip or commitments fail to produce expected shipments; competition or execution problems pressure results. | Changes in results against guidance, shipment timing, pricing trends and disclosures about manufacturing or supply-chain disruptions. |
| Mixed | Operating results improve, but investors remain cautious about the durability of cyclical earnings or the feasibility of longer-term growth and margin assumptions. | Whether the market appears to value Sandisk on near-term cyclical earnings or on longer-term growth expectations. The disclosures do not establish what valuation multiple investors will apply. |
Why a precise stock-price prediction would be false precision
A share-price estimate needs more than revenue guidance and margin targets. It requires a valuation method and assumptions about future earnings or cash flow, the share count, the valuation investors will apply and the starting share price on a stated date. The reviewed company disclosures do not provide a December 31, 2026 target, and they do not establish those inputs as a complete valuation. No numerical point estimate can responsibly be derived from these materials alone.

Sandisk’s executives have described the strategy and shareholder-return approach, but those comments are not independent forecasts. At Investor Day, CFO Luis Visoso said the company expects to return 100 percent of excess cash to shareholders after investing in the business. The outcome depends on future cash generation and the company’s decisions; it does not set a particular share price.
