As of October 7, 2026, Eternal Blade is listed as a forthcoming single-player action RPG for Windows PC on Steam. Steam lists a free demo dated October 2, while Shibui Labs says it will be playable during Steam Next Fest, October 19–26. However, Steam still marks the product unavailable, so whether the demo can be downloaded now is unclear. The full game’s price and release date, and whether demo progress carries over, have not been announced.
What is confirmed about Eternal Blade?

When can you play the Eternal Blade demo?
Steam labels the demo free and gives October 2, 2026 as its launch date. Shibui Labs’ site says the demo will be playable during Steam Next Fest, October 19–26, 2026. Yet the Steam listing still says the product is not available, so the listed date alone does not establish that a download is live. Check the Steam page for the current status before planning to play.

Steam estimates the demo’s main quest and side activities at 1–2 hours. That is the store listing’s estimate, not independently measured playtime. The listing describes four areas: Forbidden Forest, Kubu Forest, Fukushū Bay, and an extended open world. It also advertises the full combat system and Almighty Power Meter, stealth, crafting, cooking, fishing, hunting, mining, weapons, materials, and item systems. These are features claimed by the listing, not independently verified through play.

The Steam description characterizes the demo this way: “This is a Demo. Expect rough edges. Expect soul.” The statement is attributed to the game description, not to a named individual.
Does Eternal Blade demo progress carry over?
Neither Steam nor the developer’s site states whether demo saves or progress will transfer to the full game. The policy is unannounced in the available official information. If you plan to spend time completing activities, check for a developer update before assuming that progress will—or will not—carry over.

How much will Eternal Blade cost, and when does the full game release?
Steam lists the full game as “Coming soon” but gives no price or release date. There is not enough official information to estimate either reliably, so treat any figures circulating elsewhere as unconfirmed unless Shibui Labs or Steam publishes them.
What platforms will Eternal Blade support?
The currently documented release is Steam for Windows PC. The official sources do not confirm a console version or availability through another PC storefront. That describes what is confirmed now, not a guarantee that the game will remain exclusive to Steam or Windows.
