If a Flipkart sale order is late, cancelled, or stuck at return pickup or refund, open the order in your Flipkart account and use its Help option. The order page shows the current status and any actions available for that specific purchase; Flipkart also provides chat support through its app and website.
Start with the affected order
Sign in to the Flipkart account used to place the order, open Orders, and select the relevant item. Check its latest status and any displayed delivery estimate, cancellation details, return instructions, or refund status. Then use the order’s Help option and choose the issue that matches your situation.

Flipkart’s Help Centre has categories for delivery, cancellation, returns and pickup, refunds, and return tracking. Which action is available—and the applicable eligibility or timing—can depend on the order and item. The public help pages do not establish one universal delay threshold, cancellation cutoff, return window, pickup schedule, or refund deadline. Flipkart order delayed: what to do
- Open Orders and select the delayed order.
- Check the current status and the delivery estimate shown on the order.
- If the estimate has passed or tracking has stopped updating, open Help, choose the delivery-related issue, and start a chat with support.
- Keep the order details and support conversation available if you need to follow up.
A delay does not, by itself, establish that you can cancel the order, receive compensation, or get a guaranteed delivery date. Check the options displayed for your order and ask support about the specific case. Flipkart’s customer support instructions

Flipkart cancelled my order—or I want to cancel it
- Open the order and check its status and any cancellation information.
- If the order is still active and you want to cancel it, use the cancellation option if one is displayed.
- If Flipkart cancelled the order, or you cannot find or complete the cancellation action, open that order’s Help flow and contact support.
- If you paid for the order, check the refund status through the order-linked refund or Help path. Ask support about the transaction if the status is unclear.
Cancellation eligibility and refund handling are order-specific; the public help pages do not establish a fixed cancellation period or a single refund timeline for every order. Flipkart Help Centre
Return pickup not done, or Flipkart refund not received
- Open the order and use its return option if one is available for the item.
- If you already requested a return, use the returns or pickup help category and check return tracking in the Help Centre.
- If pickup has not happened or the refund status is unclear, select the relevant issue in the order’s Help flow and chat with support.
- Follow the instructions shown for that order. Do not send the item through an unapproved route based on general advice.

How to chat with Flipkart support
In the Flipkart app
- Sign in and tap Account.
- Open Orders and select the affected order.
- Tap Help at the top right, choose the issue, and select Chat with us.
On the Flipkart website
- Sign in to Flipkart.
- Open the three-dot menu at the top right and choose 24×7 Customer Care.
- Select the relevant issue or order, then choose Chat with us.
Flipkart says its Support Assistant may offer self-service solutions, while support agents may provide additional information depending on the request.
