Before buying the OPPO F35 Pro 5G, confirm that the listing is for India model CPH2829 and choose the right storage tier: it has no memory-card slot. Then weigh its large AMOLED display, 8,000mAh-typical battery and camera setup against the variant-specific smoothness claims, durability qualifications, and the retailer’s actual checkout terms.
Confirm the model and storage variant
OPPO identifies the India-market phone as model CPH2829. Its listed configurations are:

These configurations and claim thresholds are listed by OPPO India’s F35 Pro 5G specifications and product page. OPPO says the phone does not support a storage card, so you cannot add a microSD card later. Usable internal space will also be lower than the advertised capacity because the operating system and other software use storage.
Check the model number and the full RAM/storage combination on the product page and order summary, not just the product name. Listings can describe the same phone while offering different capacities, and the 6GB/128GB version does not carry the same duration of smoothness protection as the 8GB/256GB version.

Decide whether the display and performance fit your use
OPPO lists a 17.22cm (6.78-inch) FHD+ AMOLED display with 2772 × 1272 resolution, 10-bit colour and adaptive 60Hz, 90Hz or 120Hz modes, with a stated maximum refresh rate of 144Hz. The manufacturer also specifies typical normal brightness of 800 nits and typical HBM brightness of 1,800 nits. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently measured results; brightness and refresh behaviour can vary by setting and content.
The phone uses MediaTek Dimensity 7360 MAX. Treat OPPO’s smoothness language as a manufacturer test claim, not a promise of lag-free performance: OPPO says its series passed laboratory smoothness testing, explicitly says that does not mean there will be absolutely no lag, and notes that real experience varies with ROM, network and personal use.

Understand the cameras before buying
The rear camera system comprises a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultrawide camera; the front camera is 50MP. OPPO lists 4K/30fps recording for both the front and rear cameras. Other video modes, stabilization options and frame-rate limits depend on the mode; check the detailed camera specifications on OPPO’s specification page if a particular recording mode matters to you.

Megapixel counts alone do not establish image quality. If you mainly photograph moving subjects, shoot frequently in low light or rely on ultrawide framing, compare sample images and independent reviews for those specific uses rather than assuming the headline resolutions guarantee a result.

Read the battery, charging and durability claims carefully
OPPO India lists battery capacity as 8,000mAh typical and 7,780mAh rated, with up to 80W SUPERVOOC charging. Those are specifications, not a guarantee of a particular screen-on time or charging duration in your routine. The maximum charging rate is tied to compatible charging equipment; do not assume a generic USB-C charger will deliver 80W SUPERVOOC.
OPPO calls the battery “6-Year Durable” and says its laboratory simulation indicates 80% or more battery health after long-term simulated real-world use. That is the manufacturer’s test claim; no independent F35 Pro test protocol or result is established here. Actual battery ageing depends on use and conditions.

OPPO advertises IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K protection for the phone and describes protection in normal use. Treat these as manufacturer ratings and claims, not as proof that liquid damage is covered by warranty. The reviewed product information does not establish the exact warranty exclusions, so check the warranty terms that apply to your seller and purchase.

OPPO lists two Nano-SIM slots, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4; eSIM and NFC are unsupported. If you rely on tap-to-pay through NFC or need an eSIM, this phone does not meet that requirement according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Buyers importing a device or using a carrier with particular network bands should verify band compatibility for their market and operator before ordering.

Verify the India price, seller and sale terms
Prices and availability are time-sensitive. Gadgets 360 reported a starting price of ₹45,999 and a 5 October 2026 release date in a page updated 6 October 2026 (Gadgets 360). Digit reported open sale from 11 October 2026 at noon through OPPO India’s online store, e-commerce platforms and selected retailers (Digit). These are secondary reports, not confirmation of today’s stock or checkout price; verify a current OPPO or retailer listing before paying.
At checkout, confirm the details that determine what you will actually receive and pay:
- Exact model (CPH2829) and RAM/storage tier.
- Seller identity, final price, and whether any bank or exchange discount has conditions.
- India warranty, invoice, and delivery estimate.
- Whether the box includes the charger and protective case, and whether any local-market package variation applies.
Check the box contents and screen-protector fit
OPPO lists a phone, charger, USB data cable, SIM ejector tool, protective case and quick guide in the box, while noting that package contents may vary by market. Check the local listing before buying a spare charger or case.
OPPO says the light-sensor opening is concealed near the top of the display. It warns that screen protectors with poor light transmission—including darkened or coloured protectors—may obstruct the sensor and affect normal use. If you add a protector, choose one explicitly compatible with the F35 Pro 5G and avoid a design that covers the sensor.
Compare alternatives on matching terms
If you are choosing between this phone and another model, compare like for like rather than relying on a headline price or one specification. Match the memory/storage tier and check:
