RZ Oasis is a planned digital-economy project from CoinFactory AG, not a completed metaverse or a sovereign “Country 196.” Its proposal is to connect digital platforms and gaming with tokenization infrastructure, businesses, and real-world economic activity. The integrated environment and its proposed asset connections should be understood as future plans, not established live services.
What is RZ Oasis?
CoinFactory describes RZ Oasis as a borderless digital-economic territory built around the idea of connecting digital platforms, token economies, businesses, and real-world activity. “Country 196” is a conceptual label for that vision; it does not mean RZ Oasis is a recognized country or sovereign state.
The concept is broader than a game or virtual world. Its proposed economic layer would link activity in digital environments with businesses and assets outside them. CoinFactory has discussed sectors including real estate, hospitality, tourism, sports, industrial businesses, and potentially mining and mineral assets. Its tokenization opportunities page also lists private equity, energy and resources, technology industries, AI startups, investment funds, gold and commodities, and infrastructure. How could tokenization connect assets to a digital economy?
A digital representation is not the asset itself
Tokenization can create a digital representation of an asset or a mechanism for participation in it. That may make it possible to represent interests or manage certain transactions through blockchain-based systems. But the token alone does not settle what someone legally owns, how the asset is valued or held, or how rights can be transferred. Those details depend on the relevant legal documents, custodians, registries, and applicable rules outside the token.

In RZ Oasis-related material, CoinFactory uses Meta Games Coin (MGC) to illustrate this distinction: qualifying holders may claim registered shares in CoinFactory AG through a defined process. The same material clarifies that MGC itself is not company equity and that holding the token alone does not make someone a shareholder. What the project’s asset vision does—and does not—establish
If the proposal is implemented, tokenization infrastructure could provide an economic layer through which digital platforms and businesses interact. The available descriptions do not establish which underlying assets are connected, which legal rights any related token would convey, or how records on a blockchain would link to external ownership records. A sector appearing on a company opportunity list should not be taken as proof of a live asset offering or marketplace.
Is RZ Oasis live yet?
CoinFactory’s September 11, 2026 announcement says that the complete RZ Oasis environment is planned for a future launch, with individual platforms and components to be introduced as they become ready. It also presents physical locations as part of the future vision, not as a currently operating network. The project’s public site displayed “Coming Soon” when reviewed on October 3, 2026. Is RZ Oasis the same as the OASIS gaming token?
No connection between the two projects is established in the reviewed sources. CoinFactory’s RZ Oasis is described as a digital-economy project spanning platforms, businesses, and tokenization. A separate site at rzoasis.tech describes an OASIS token for a future metaverse gaming village. The separate site says its OASIS token is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain, with a total supply of 100 million. It describes a roadmap that moves from token creation and site launch to concept art and a simple WebGL demo, then a “Village” prototype, digital items, early game mechanics, and later marketplace and player identity features. The site also says token utility is not yet available and that a full metaverse will take years. Look for the governing contract and legal documents, and determine whether the token represents equity, a contractual claim, access, or something else.
- Who controls and services the underlying asset? Identify the legal owner, custodian, operator, and any entity responsible for maintaining or administering it.
- How do digital records connect to legal records? Check whether ownership or transfer entries are recognized by an external registry or require a separate process.
- Where is the offer available? Confirm jurisdiction, eligibility, and any restrictions for users or investors.
- What has been independently reviewed? Seek technical, security, legal, and governance documentation, and distinguish independent assessments from project descriptions.
- What is deployed now? Separate operating products and integrations from roadmap items, proposed partnerships, and categories listed as opportunities.
The reviewed RZ Oasis materials do not provide enough detail to answer these questions for specific assets, establish applicable regulatory treatment, or verify independent security or legal review. Those points require asset-specific and current documentation.
