What does the announced project include?
PhoneWorld reports a planned 25-storey high-rise with three basement levels, a lower ground floor, a ground floor and 20 upper floors. The announcement gives an approximate total covered area of 554,270 square feet. These are specifications reported by the announcement, not independent measurements or confirmation that construction is underway.

The proposed seven-storey mall is described as having retail outlets, a Fun City and a food court. Its main entrance is planned for the ground floor.

The listed club amenities are a cigar bar, shooting range, swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and salon.
Hotel apartments
The plan also includes a 10-storey hotel apartment component. The announcement does not identify an opening date, hotel operator for this component, room availability or a booking channel.

The announced partners are Hashoo Group’s Real Estate Division and Al Rehman Group. Hashoo Group’s Real Estate Division describes its work on its LinkedIn profile as spanning hospitality, residential, corporate and commercial assets, development management and project management. The profile also names Pearl Continental and Hotel One among Hashoo Group’s hotel brands. This is company self-description; it does not establish that either hotel brand will operate Grandeur.
