The latest reported sighting identifies the phone Mark Zuckerberg was holding as a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. That is a visual identification from a partly visible handset in a September 2026 interview—not confirmation that it is his everyday phone or that he owns it.
Which Galaxy S Ultra was Zuckerberg seen with?
Coverage of a September 2026 interview with journalist Joanna Stern identified the partly visible phone as a Galaxy S24 Ultra. The rear cameras and squared edges could be seen, but the handset was not shown in full. Samsung Magazine’s report describes the identification as an observation and notes that Zuckerberg could own or use more than one phone.
So the careful answer is: the Galaxy S24 Ultra is the latest model he has been reported holding. The sighting does not establish regular use, personal ownership, or an exclusive choice.

Zuckerberg has previously spoken positively about Samsung phones. In a 2020 conversation with Marques Brownlee, he said he had been using Samsung phones for a few years and was a fan of them, according to Gadgets Now. He did not name a particular model in that exchange, so it supports a general preference—not the identification of his current handset.

- 6.8" Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display with 1–120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, up to ~1750 nits brightness, HDR10+ support, and ultra-smooth responsiveness for gaming and scrolling.
In July 2024, TN reported a Galaxy S24 Ultra in his hand in an Instagram post and attributed the response “Amo mi Samsung” (“I love my Samsung”) to him. That report is further context for his association with Samsung, but it does not prove which phone he uses today.
What earlier phone reports can—and cannot—tell us
A 2023 Gadgets Now article said photos appeared to show a Galaxy S21 or S21+, while acknowledging that the device might instead have been a Galaxy S22 or S22+. The image quality did not support a confident identification. Those older guesses are not evidence of his current phone; the September 2026 sighting is the latest reported identification in the coverage cited here.
