AdultFriendFinder says its orders are billed as FFNHelp.com*FRIENDF, a name that may appear on your credit-card or bank statement. The descriptor can help you recognize a transaction, but it does not prove that a particular charge was authorized or identify which order it came from.
What does an AdultFriendFinder charge look like?
AdultFriendFinder’s billing help page says: “All orders placed on our site are discreetly billed as FFNHelp.com*FRIENDF to protect your privacy. This billing name will appear on your credit card or bank statement.” AdultFriendFinder’s billing help page identifies this as the merchant’s billing name.
Your bank or payment provider may display transaction details differently; the merchant’s page does not establish how every bank, payment method, or transaction type will render the descriptor. Treat FFNHelp.com*FRIENDF as a clue to check, not confirmation that you or another account holder made a specific purchase.
How to check whether the transaction matches your account
- Compare the date and amount. Check the transaction against the account’s billing history and any order confirmation or receipt. AdultFriendFinder says the order confirmation provides a receipt and shows how the charge appears on statements. - Review subscription renewal status. If you can access the account, check whether a subscription renewed near its expiration date. AdultFriendFinder says subscriptions can renew automatically using the card on file.
- Contact support and your financial institution if it still does not match. Use AdultFriendFinder’s official billing support and contact options, and contact your bank or card issuer promptly if you believe the charge was unauthorized. How to check or turn off auto-renewal
AdultFriendFinder’s current help instructions give this account path: My Stuff → My Account → Billing History & Credit Card Info. Each subscription has a renewal control. Turning renewal off opens a choice to pause auto-renewal for one, two, or three months, or to cancel auto-renewal. Contact the merchant through its official billing support and notify your bank or card issuer, following the institution’s instructions. The process can differ between a credit-card billing dispute and an error involving an electronic transfer; the FTC’s consumer guide explains that distinction, but it is an older publication, not a source for current deadlines or legal advice.
