Wedding planner websites work best when visitors can quickly see the planner’s style, services, service area, and next step. The 33 examples below span destination specialists, regional firms, established names, and planners serving distinct audiences; use them as inspiration, not templates to copy. This is an independently selected set of 33 examples from a Colorlib roundup that lists 34 entries despite its “33 Best” title.

33 wedding planner website examples to explore

What strong wedding planner websites make clear

They show evidence of the work

Portfolio photography helps prospective clients judge whether a planner’s style fits their event. Use images the business has permission to publish. Captions can add useful context—such as event type, location, or the planner’s role—when the image alone does not tell the full story.

They state a specific position

Explain who the planner serves, what services are available, and where the business works. Destination weddings, coastal or vineyard settings, elopements, multicultural celebrations, and nontraditional weddings are examples of positioning that can distinguish a practice from a generic “we plan weddings” message.

They make visual choices serve the offer

Color, typography, image treatment, and copy should reinforce the intended audience and style. Soft colors and romantic typography are common in wedding-site inspiration, but they are not requirements: the examples also include earthy palettes, editorial type, and deliberately playful identities. A cohesive fit matters more than adopting a conventional wedding aesthetic.

They remain usable on a phone

Large portfolios and image-heavy pages still need to work on small screens. Zarla’s September 2026 design guide calls out fast phone loading and a clear action as qualities of a good planner site; that is editorial guidance, not a published independent performance test. Its page also includes generated design examples and has a commercial connection to its own builder. Read Zarla’s wedding planner design guide.

How to choose an example that fits your business

Do not copy a visual style without considering why it works for that business. An established planner may be able to lead with a name and restrained typography; a newer firm may need to put its service area, offer, and portfolio proof in view sooner. What the platform labels do—and do not—tell you

Colorlib attributes examples to several platforms, including Squarespace, Wix, Showit, WordPress, and GoDaddy Website Builder. These labels show that different platforms can support planner-business sites; they do not prove which platform is best, confirm that a site still uses the same system, or establish that a platform caused the design to succeed. Verify a site’s current implementation if the platform itself matters to your decision.

Compare platforms against the job the site must do: present a fast portfolio, explain a niche and service area, support clear inquiries, work well on phones, allow the desired brand customization, and remain manageable to update. Also check current plan, domain, hosting, and maintenance costs before choosing.

Planner business websites are not couples’ wedding websites

A planner’s business site needs to explain services and build confidence with prospective clients. A couple’s personal wedding site serves guests with details such as schedules, travel information, registries, and RSVPs. The Knot’s 2026 comparison covers the latter category and lists The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Minted, Joy, Squarespace, WedSites, Riley & Grey, Bliss & Bone, Wix, and Canva. Its feature comparisons may be relevant to a planner only when the planner also needs those guest-facing functions; they are not a direct comparison of professional portfolio platforms. See The Knot’s 2026 wedding website comparison.

The Knot reports that 90% of respondents in its 2026 Real Weddings Study made a personal wedding website. The study surveyed roughly 10,000 couples married in the previous year, according to The Knot Research & Insights Team’s study page. That figure concerns couples’ personal sites; it is not a measure of how many planners have business websites or whether a planner site converts clients.

Further inspiration and context

For a second set of examples and discussion of recurring visual approaches, see Sitebuilder Report’s wedding planner website roundup, published in January 2026. Its observations about soft colors, romantic typography, whitespace, and photography are tendencies, not rules; bold and unconventional examples can be a better fit for a specific business.
