What kind of drive is the SN850X?
The SN850X is a high-capacity internal NVMe SSD. The deal article presented it as an option for gamers, streamers, and creators, and reported sequential speeds of up to 7,300 MB/s. That speed is the article’s claim; it was not independently confirmed by the official WD result available here. A maximum sequential-speed figure also does not, on its own, predict performance in every real-world workload.
