Walmart’s U.S. vacuum and floor-care event has current offers on Tineco, Shark and other brands, but the available listings do not confirm a 73% discount on any featured model. At the time prices were captured, the listing showed the Tineco iFloor 5 Stretch at $169.99, the Tineco GO Flex at $70.72 and the Shark Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum at $149.99. Walmart’s live prices and stock can change, so check the listing before buying.
What Walmart’s vacuum event includes
Walmart’s Vacuums and Floor Care Event Savings listing spans brands including Tineco, Shark, BISSELL, Dyson and Roborock. It includes several kinds of cleaning equipment, not just conventional vacuums. The listing is a retailer’s selection of offers, not an independent comparison of cleaning performance.
The October timing overlaps with Amazon’s October Prime Big Deal Days, according to WMTW’s report on Walmart Deal Days. That is the basis for describing Walmart’s sale as a Prime Day-like event; it does not mean the two retailers offer the same products or prices.
Featured Walmart prices captured
These were the displayed prices in Walmart’s listing when it was captured on October 7, 2026. The reference prices are Walmart’s displayed comparison prices, not independently verified historical lows.

How to judge the discounts
The title’s “up to 73%” claim is not independently confirmed for these named models by the available item-level evidence. A displayed comparison price can show the retailer’s claimed savings, but it does not establish that a product is at its lowest historical price. WMTW separately reported the Dyson V8 Cyclone at $299.99, described as $150 off; that reported offer should also be checked against Walmart’s live listing. Tom’s Guide reported up to $100 off Shark vacuums, air purifiers and other products at Walmart, a broad claim that does not verify a 73% reduction on a particular vacuum.

- LIFT-AWAY FUNCTIONALITY: Detachable pod for cleaning under furniture or detach the nozzle to clean above the floor, on upholstery, furniture, stairs, and more.
- ANTI-ALLERGEN COMPLETE SEAL TECHNOLOGY: Works with a HEPA filter to trap dust and allergens inside the vacuum cleaner.
- PERFECT FOR PETS: The Pet Crevice Tool removes pet hair from hard-to-reach spaces like corners, ceilings, and between couch cushions.
- SWIVEL STEERING: Easily maneuver your vacuum to get in and out of tight spaces, in corners, around furniture, and more.
For a useful comparison, match the product to the job first. A wet/dry hard-floor washer is not a substitute for a stick vacuum intended for dry debris, and neither is the same as a robot vacuum or carpet-and-upholstery cleaner. The event includes multiple categories, so compare price and specifications only between products that meet the same cleaning need.

Which type should you consider?
- For hard floors and wet messes: Consider a wet/dry floor washer such as the Tineco iFloor 5 Stretch, rather than assuming it replaces a general-purpose vacuum.
- For cordless dry pickup: The Shark Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum is the stick-vac option among the featured prices.
- For other surfaces or automated cleaning: Browse the event for robot vacuums and carpet or upholstery cleaners, checking each model’s stated use and included attachments.
These descriptions identify product categories, not a ranking: the listing data does not establish which model cleans best, lasts longest or offers the strongest value.
