Vivo Y83 price in Pakistan
WhatMobile labels the Y83 discontinued and shows no current rupee price. The current vivo Pakistan product page does not show the Y83 in its visible lineup, although that absence alone does not prove formal discontinuation. Other Pakistan pages contain conflicting price and availability statements, so they should not be treated as a single current price source.
If you find a Y83 for sale, ask the seller for a dated, location-specific quote and check whether it is new old stock or used. Confirm the phone’s condition, battery health, IMEI/PTA status, included charger and cable, return terms, and warranty. A user-submitted WhatMobile comment from 30 May 2023 mentions a used device, but it does not verify the model variant, condition, sale price or completed sale.

The global specification gives the display as 1520 × 720 HD+. One secondary Pakistan page contradicts itself by mentioning 1080 × 2280 in descriptive text while its own table says 720 × 1520; the official vivo figure is the safer reference.

Which Vivo Y83 variant is sold in Pakistan?
Global 4 GB + 32 GB version
Vivo’s global page documents 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. It does not specify microSD support on that page, so do not assume that every 32 GB unit accepts a memory card.
China 4 GB + 64 GB version
Vivo China lists a separate 4 GB + 64 GB configuration with the 2.0 GHz P22 (MT6762) processor and microSD expansion up to 256 GB. Its suggested retail price of 999 yuan is a China regional price, not a Pakistan price and should not be converted into one.

Before buying, open the phone’s Settings page or inspect the original box to confirm storage. Listings that simply say “Y83 4/64” or “Y83 4/32” without photographs or a model identifier deserve extra caution.
Design, display and everyday hardware
The 6.22-inch panel uses a 1520 × 720 HD+ resolution. That is materially different from Full HD, so expect lower pixel density than newer mid-range phones, especially when reading small text or viewing fine photographs. The listed 3260 mAh battery is also modest by current standards. A WhatMobile user comment dated 15 July 2018 said the battery “should be at least 4000mAh”; that is an individual opinion, not a battery test or market consensus.

The global page lists a microUSB-to-USB cable and USB power adapter in the box. Because this is an older phone, check that a used unit includes a working charger and cable; a replacement micro-USB cable is the relevant accessory category if the original is missing.
Camera and software expectations
Vivo lists a 13 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera. Those are original hardware specifications, not a guarantee of current image quality, app compatibility or camera performance on a used device.

The Y83 shipped with Funtouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1. The cited specifications establish its original software basis, but they do not establish the phone’s current security-patch level or whether every modern app still supports it. Check the installed Android version, last security-update date and Play Store compatibility before purchase.
Network compatibility in Pakistan
The global listing names 4G bands B1, B3, B5, B8, B38, B40 and B41. Band support can vary by regional model, so compare the exact device model and SIM/network requirements rather than relying only on the “Y83” name. Also verify PTA registration and IMEI status for the specific handset before completing a local purchase.

What reviews and owner comments actually establish
The available user feedback is limited. The 15 July 2018 WhatMobile comment criticizes the 3260 mAh capacity and says the commenter changed their mind about buying. It should be read as one person’s expectation, not as a measured endurance result.
A separate 30 May 2023 user-submitted comment refers to a used phone for sale. It does not establish a prevailing used price, the storage configuration, physical condition, warranty, or whether the transaction happened. No named market statistic or expert review in the cited material supports a broader claim about owner satisfaction or resale value.
