What the specifications mean for buyers
Display: smoothness over sharpness
The 6.74-inch screen is HD+ at 1600 × 720, while vivo advertises up to 120 Hz refresh rate. A higher refresh rate can make supported motion appear smoother, but the panel’s resolution remains HD+. vivo says 120 Hz is available only in certain scenarios; its 1200-nit peak brightness is a manufacturer specification, not an independent measurement.
Battery and charging
vivo gives the battery’s typical capacity as 6500 mAh and rated capacity as 6355 mAh, noting that parameters can vary by supplier or production batch. The 15W charging specification was shown on the 128GB listing, so check the exact variant page when ordering.

The rear camera hardware is listed as 13 MP plus 0.08 MP, with a 5 MP front camera. Megapixel counts and the list of camera modes do not establish real-world image quality; the official specification does not provide an independent camera assessment.

The second slot is shared: it accepts either a second nano-SIM or a microSD card. You cannot use that slot for both at once. Before buying, compare your carrier’s supported 5G bands with the listed bands, particularly if you need a specific network or are bringing the phone from another market.

Battery life and durability claims: read the test context
On its 2026 product page, accessed 7 October 2026, vivo reports laboratory results of 48.4 hours of video playback, 33.3 hours of social-media surfing, 80 hours of music playback and 10.1 hours of navigation. These are manufacturer test results, not independent measurements. vivo describes single-app test conditions; video and music tests include minimum screen brightness, and the music test also uses a muted device. The company says actual battery life varies with use and environment.
vivo also reports that its laboratory testing found at least 80% battery capacity after 1600 full charge cycles. That is a manufacturer test claim, not a guarantee for every device or charging pattern.

The product page advertises SGS 5-Star Drop Resistance, military-grade drop resistance, IP65 dust and water resistance, 12,000 small-height drops, and testing at −20°C and 50°C. Those controlled-test claims do not guarantee survival in an individual accident or exposure. IP65 is not a waterproof or submersion rating. vivo says not to charge the phone when wet and states that liquid-ingress damage is not covered by warranty. Review vivo’s feature page and disclaimers for its stated conditions.

Is this the older vivo Y11?
No. The vivo Y11 5G is a different, more recent model. vivo’s older Y11 product page lists a 6.35-inch screen, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and a 5000 mAh battery, unlike the Y11 5G’s 6.74-inch display, 4GB RAM configurations and 6500 mAh typical battery.
