In the India listings shown by 91mobiles when accessed in 2026, OPPO was ₹10,000 more expensive; that third-party listing is time-sensitive, not a guaranteed current price.

The display brightness figures come from manufacturers and may use different measurement conditions; they are not a controlled head-to-head test. Battery capacity also does not, by itself, predict how long either phone lasts in everyday use.
Which camera setup suits you?
vivo: choose between three focal lengths, then add reach
The X300 Ultra’s listed rear cameras cover 14mm ultra-wide, 35mm main, and 85mm telephoto perspectives. For more distant subjects, vivo offers a ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 with a 200mm-equivalent optical focal length and a Gen 2 Ultra with 400mm equivalent. Those figures apply with the compatible extender attached and enabled, not to the bare phone. The Imaging Grip Kit adds a built-in 2300mAh battery; vivo says it is sold separately. This approach offers optional, very long reach, but it means carrying and attaching extra equipment. The X300 Ultra may suit someone willing to build a camera kit around the phone; it is less convenient if the priority is a long telephoto always available in a pocket.

OPPO: a 10x telephoto is built in
The Find X9 Ultra’s official Singapore specification lists a dedicated 50MP 10x optical telephoto alongside its 200MP main and 200MP telephoto cameras and 50MP ultra-wide. Its listed rear video modes include 8K at 30 frames per second and 4K at 120 frames per second. OPPO’s built-in 10x camera makes distant framing available without an extender; the vivo’s longest listed reach depends on a separate accessory.
Hardware specifications do not settle image quality
Camera resolution, focal length, stabilization, and video modes describe hardware and supported features, not which phone produces the better photograph in every scene. Android Central reviewer Apoorva Bhardwaj says they used the OPPO as a daily driver for close to two weeks and discusses camera comparisons with vivo. How do their displays, battery and performance compare?
Both phones have a listed 6.82-inch 3168 × 1440-class display and the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Their refresh-rate descriptions differ: vivo states adaptive 1–144Hz, while OPPO states adaptive 1–120Hz and limits 144Hz to some game scenarios. Consider the refresh-rate behavior relevant to your use rather than treating the maximum number as a constant operating rate.

vivo’s China product page identifies March 2026 as the X300 Ultra release month and lists these suggested prices:

India: a dated third-party listing, not a guaranteed offer
When accessed in 2026, 91mobiles showed Amazon India listings of ₹159,999 for the vivo X300 Ultra and ₹169,999 for the OPPO Find X9 Ultra—a ₹10,000 listed difference, with OPPO higher.
