The vivo X300 Pro is the more premium choice, with a 200MP telephoto camera offering 3.5x optical zoom, a newer-tier Dimensity 9500 chipset and a larger LTPO display. The vivo X200T costs less and still has three 50MP rear cameras, wireless charging and IP68/IP69 ratings. At the vivo India store prices reviewed, the X300 Pro 16GB/512GB cost ₹50,000 more than the X200T 12GB/512GB sale listing; comparing against the X200T’s displayed MRP instead, the gap was ₹32,000.

These are manufacturer-published specifications, not results from independent head-to-head testing. The higher-tier chipset does not by itself establish how much faster the X300 Pro feels, and battery capacity does not predict real-world endurance. How much more does the X300 Pro cost in India?
At retrieval, vivo Official E-Store India displayed the X300 Pro 16GB/512GB for ₹119,999 and the X200T 12GB/512GB for ₹69,999. On those displayed selling prices, the difference is ₹50,000. The X200T listing also showed an MRP of ₹87,999; compared with that MRP, the difference is ₹32,000. These comparisons use unlike RAM configurations, and the X300 Pro listing offers more RAM.

Which phone has the better camera setup?
X300 Pro: higher-resolution telephoto with stated optical zoom
The X300 Pro’s clearest camera hardware distinction is its 200MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3.5x optical zoom. It also has a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide. This makes it the more compelling specification-sheet choice for someone who expects to use telephoto framing often.
X200T: three 50MP rear cameras
The X200T has a 50MP ZEISS main camera, a 50MP ZEISS super telephoto and a 50MP ZEISS ultrawide. Its three-camera setup is not simply a basic main camera paired with low-resolution extras. However, the listed megapixel counts alone cannot establish which phone produces better photos: a meaningful quality comparison would require side-by-side sample images and testing, which is not established here.

Display, performance and battery differences
Display size and refresh behavior
The X300 Pro has a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 2800 × 1260 resolution and a listed 1–120Hz LTPO refresh range. The X200T’s 6.67-inch AMOLED panel has the same listed resolution and supports up to 120Hz. The X300 Pro is slightly larger and specifies adaptive LTPO refresh; the specifications alone do not establish a real-world battery or smoothness advantage.

Processor tier
vivo lists the Dimensity 9500 in the X300 Pro and the Dimensity 9400+ in the X200T. That places the X300 Pro in the higher chipset tier on the listed specifications, but without independent benchmarks or sustained-load testing, it is not possible to quantify a speed, gaming or thermal advantage.
Battery and charging
The X300 Pro lists a typical 6510mAh battery, 310mAh more than the X200T’s typical 6200mAh figure. Both list 90W wired FlashCharge. vivo’s X200T parameter page explicitly lists 40W wireless FlashCharge, while the X300 Pro product overview describes 40W wireless FlashCharge. The capacity figures are not battery-life test results.
Which should you choose?
- Choose the X300 Pro if the 200MP telephoto camera with stated 3.5x optical zoom, larger LTPO display or higher-tier listed chipset is worth a substantial premium to you.
- Choose the X200T if you want a three-camera 50MP rear setup, 40W wireless charging and the lower displayed India store price, without paying extra for the X300 Pro’s specific telephoto hardware.
The price difference is substantial even when comparing the X300 Pro with the X200T’s displayed MRP, and larger when comparing the displayed selling prices. Whether the camera premium is worthwhile depends on how much you value telephoto reach; megapixels alone cannot settle image quality.
