The vivo X300 FE is the more compact phone, with a smaller AMOLED display, while the TECNO POVA 8 5G has a larger, faster-refreshing screen and a higher listed battery capacity. vivo lists faster charging and more detailed rear-camera hardware. A reliable price difference cannot be calculated from the available official pages: vivo’s Pakistan page lists a price, but TECNO’s Indonesia specification page does not give a comparable local price.
How do the specifications compare?
The figures below come from official regional product pages: vivo India for the X300 FE, and TECNO Indonesia for the POVA 8 5G. Models and configurations can vary by market.

Which phone is smaller and easier to handle?
The X300 FE is the smaller, lighter option on these regional specifications. Its 6.31-inch display sits in a 150.83 × 71.76mm body weighing 191g. The POVA 8 5G has a 6.76-inch display and measures 165.6 × 78.4mm, with a listed weight of 225g. If pocketability or one-handed use matters, the vivo’s dimensions are the clearest distinction.

How do the screens differ?
vivo specifies an AMOLED panel at 120Hz, while TECNO lists a larger 144Hz display. The vivo is the smaller-screen choice; the TECNO gives more physical screen area and a higher listed maximum refresh rate. Those specifications alone do not establish overall image quality, brightness, or which screen will suit a particular user better.
What do the processor specifications tell you?
vivo lists the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, manufactured on a 3nm process, and TECNO lists the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G, with a maximum listed frequency of 2.4GHz. These are manufacturer specifications, not results from a matched benchmark or gaming test. They do not by themselves prove how the phones compare in sustained performance, heat, or battery use.
Which has the larger battery or faster charging?
TECNO lists an 8000mAh battery, compared with vivo’s 6500mAh typical capacity (6350mAh rated). That makes the TECNO’s stated capacity larger, but capacity figures do not establish real-world battery life across different screens, processors, software, and usage.
vivo lists 90W FlashCharge against TECNO’s 45W Super Charge. Wattage is not a measured charge time; a direct comparison would require testing the phones under the same conditions.
TECNO Saudi Arabia separately claims 29.05 hours of video playback and battery health above 80% for up to six years under its described laboratory and self-healing conditions. What do the camera specifications show?
vivo’s India page itemizes three rear cameras: a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, and an 8MP wide-angle camera. TECNO’s Indonesia page lists a 50MP autofocus camera and an Alive Matrix Display. The pages do not provide a comparable image-quality evaluation, so the module descriptions cannot establish which phone takes better photos or videos.
What is the current price difference?
A like-for-like price difference is not established by these official pages. vivo Pakistan lists Rs. 269,999 for the X300 FE with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. TECNO’s Indonesia specification page does not state a comparable POVA 8 5G price, and the Pakistan and Indonesia pages are not a shared retail market. vivo India’s specification page also does not provide a retail price.

Do not treat the Pakistan vivo price as a universal price or subtract it from an unrelated-market listing.
Which one should you choose?
- Consider the vivo X300 FE if you prefer a smaller, lighter phone, an AMOLED panel, listed 90W charging, or the more detailed camera-module specification.
- Consider the TECNO POVA 8 5G if you want a larger display, a higher listed refresh rate, or a higher stated battery capacity.
- Compare locally before deciding on price: confirm the exact memory configuration, network bands, availability, warranty, and current price for your country. The listed RAM/extended RAM combinations on TECNO’s page should not be read as equivalent amounts of physical RAM.
Neither specification sheet establishes software-support duration, matched performance, camera quality, or real-world battery endurance. Those remain open questions rather than conclusions to infer from the listed numbers.
