The chipset names alone do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use, and battery capacity does not establish which lasts longer. Screen size and resolution
The X300 FE is the smaller-screen option at 6.31 inches, compared with the Reno16c’s 16.69cm display, or about 6.57 inches. Both official pages list AMOLED panels with 120Hz refresh rates. The vivo listing gives higher resolution and pixel density, but those figures do not by themselves determine perceived image quality.
Camera hardware
Both phones have a listed 50MP main camera with OIS and a 50MP telephoto camera. OPPO specifies 3.5× optical zoom and 2-axis OIS for its telephoto; vivo’s specifications list OIS but do not state an equivalent zoom figure in the comparison information. The pages do not provide an independent head-to-head photo test, so they are not enough to establish which phone takes better pictures.
Battery, charging, and storage flexibility
OPPO lists the larger battery capacity, 7000mAh compared with vivo’s 6500mAh typical capacity. vivo lists higher wired charging power, 90W versus OPPO’s 80W. These are manufacturer specifications, not comparable runtime or charging-time measurements. For storage, OPPO lists memory-card expansion support; vivo says expandable ROM is unsupported.

- Consider the vivo X300 FE if you prefer the smaller 6.31-inch screen, want the listed 12GB+256GB configuration, or value its stated 90W charging specification. Its listed price is substantially higher than OPPO’s same-memory, same-storage tier.
