The vivo X300 FE is the more compact option and adds a dedicated 3× optical telephoto camera; the iQOO Z11 has a larger screen and higher stated battery capacity. There is no reliable like-for-like current price difference established here, so check live India listings for the same storage tier before deciding.

Which phone is smaller and has the better display for you?
Choose X300 FE for a more compact phone
At 6.31 inches, the X300 FE has the smaller listed display. That makes it the more suitable starting point if you prefer a phone that is easier to handle one-handed or takes up less viewing area in your pocket. vivo markets it as a compact screen, but screen diagonal alone does not establish the handset’s overall dimensions or weight.
Choose Z11 for a larger viewing area
The Z11’s 6.83-inch display is the larger of the two. Its 2800 × 1260 resolution is specified on iQOO India’s product information. A larger panel may be more comfortable for video, reading, or games, but it also means a larger phone; those are practical trade-offs, not measured performance claims.

How do the cameras differ?
The clearest hardware distinction is the X300 FE’s dedicated 50 MP 3× telephoto camera. It gives you a separate lens for zoomed-in framing, which can be useful for distant subjects and portraits. iQOO’s listed Z11 rear-camera setup has a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide, with no dedicated telephoto listed.
Both phones also have a front camera: 50 MP on the X300 FE and 32 MP on the Z11. Megapixel counts do not by themselves establish which phone takes better photos or selfies. No comparable independent camera testing is established here, so treat the sensor list as a description of flexibility, not a quality ranking.
vivo also describes a ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 accessory for the X300 FE as offering 200 mm-equivalent reach and weighing 153 g. Its regional sale status, compatibility, and price are not established; verify availability before treating it as part of the purchase.
Which has more battery capacity, and which charges faster?
iQOO lists the Z11 at 7050 mAh typical capacity and 6850 mAh rated capacity. vivo lists the X300 FE at 6500 mAh typical and 6350 mAh rated. On stated capacity alone, the Z11 is higher, but that does not prove longer real-world battery life: screen size, processor, software, network conditions, and usage all affect endurance.
vivo specifies charging up to 90 W when using the original charger and cable; iQOO specifies up to 44 W with its official standard charger. These are maximum supported charging figures, not a direct comparison of full charge times. Actual power can vary with usage and conditions.
Performance, memory, and software
The X300 FE is listed with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, while the Z11 uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo. The chip names alone are not a fair performance test, and no comparable benchmark result is established here. Choose based on the exact phone configuration and independent testing relevant to the apps or games you use.

The X300 FE’s listed India configurations are 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM with 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. The Z11 is listed with 6 GB, 8 GB, or 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. Compare the price of the capacities you actually need rather than comparing only the entry-level or top-end listings.

Both brands list or describe IP68/IP69 protection for these models. These are manufacturer-stated protection ratings under specified test conditions, not a promise that a phone is permanently waterproof or immune to damage. Follow each manufacturer’s care guidance, and do not assume liquid damage is covered by warranty.
What is the price difference in India?
A dependable current price difference cannot be stated from the available listings: the third-party comparison reviewed for this article did not provide a reliable pair of current prices for matching variants, and its Z11 availability and specifications conflict with iQOO’s official India information. It showed ₹86,999 for an X300 FE Amazon listing, but that is a third-party snapshot, not a verified current price; do not use it as today’s price or calculate a difference from it.
Before purchase, compare live India listings for the same RAM and storage capacity where possible. Check the seller, stock, and effective checkout price, including whether a bank or exchange offer is conditional. A price difference between unlike capacities or temporary offers is not a like-for-like comparison.
Which phone should you choose?
- Lean toward the vivo X300 FE if compact handling and a dedicated telephoto camera matter most, and the verified price for your preferred configuration fits your budget.
- Lean toward the iQOO Z11 if you want the larger 6.83-inch display and higher stated battery capacity, and its verified price and local configuration suit you.
- Hold off on a price-based winner until you have checked current prices for comparable RAM/storage variants and confirmed the Z11’s India software-update commitment.
These recommendations follow from the published specifications, not hands-on testing or a head-to-head review.
