Choose the X200 Pro for a larger screen and its stated telephoto hardware
At 6.78 inches, the X200 Pro offers substantially more display area than the X300 FE. Its listed 200MP telephoto camera has 3.7x optical zoom, compared with the X300 FE’s 50MP telephoto camera and 3x optical zoom. Those specifications may help narrow a choice based on screen size or desired zoom range, but megapixels and zoom figures alone do not establish which phone takes better photos.

Choose the X300 FE for a more compact, lighter body
The X300 FE is 11.53mm shorter and 32g lighter than the lightest X200 Pro color listed by vivo India. Its 6.31-inch display may suit someone who prefers a smaller phone. Its regional pages list a 6500mAh typical battery capacity, compared with 6000mAh for the X200 Pro; capacity alone does not predict real-world battery life.
Consider software and the optional telephoto accessory by region
vivo Spain lists the X300 FE with Android 16 and OriginOS 6, while vivo India lists the X200 Pro with Android 15 and Funtouch OS 15. These are regional product-page details, not a guarantee that every market has identical firmware or update support. vivo India says the X300 FE supports the ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2, which is sold separately; check local availability and compatibility before buying.

What is the price difference?
The official vivo India store listed the X200 Pro with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage at ₹101,999, inclusive of taxes, when accessed on October 7, 2026: vivo India Official E-Store. A vivo global comparison page displayed ₹39,999 for the X300 FE when accessed on the same date, but its displayed context does not establish the storage configuration or a matching India checkout price: vivo global comparison page.
Because these are not confirmed like-for-like prices, subtracting them would give a misleading price difference. The X300 FE has multiple listed memory configurations in India, which can also affect its price. Before deciding, compare the same market, exact storage variant, tax and checkout terms, and current availability.
