The vivo X200 FE is the smaller, lighter phone, with a slightly larger stated battery and a higher-resolution front-camera specification. The vivo X200T gives you a larger display, a newer listed chipset, UFS 4.1 storage, a 50 MP ultra-wide camera specification and 40 W wireless charging. Neither is an automatic winner: the better choice depends on which differences matter to you, and prices should be compared for matching memory and storage configurations.

vivo’s India specification pages list the display, dimensions, weight, chipset, memory configurations, battery, charging and protection ratings for each phone: vivo X200 FE specifications and vivo X200T specifications. vivo’s X200T launch page identifies its triple 50 MP ZEISS rear-camera setup. The front-camera figures and some comparison details are listed by 91mobiles and Beebom.
Size, display and everyday handling
X200 FE: easier to handle one-handed
At 186 g and 150.83 mm tall, the X200 FE is 17 g lighter than even the lighter listed X200T color, and nearly 10 mm shorter. Its 6.31-inch display also makes it the more compact option for smaller hands, pockets or one-handed use.

The X200T’s 6.67-inch AMOLED display gives more room for video, reading and on-screen controls. Its listed weight varies by finish: 203 g for Seaside Lilac and 205 g for Stellar Black. Both phones specify 120 Hz displays; the choice here is mainly compactness versus screen area, not refresh rate.

Chipset, memory and storage
The X200T lists the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ on a 3 nm process, compared with the X200 FE’s Dimensity 9300+ on 4 nm. That makes the X200T the newer specified chipset platform, but the available specifications do not establish a real-world performance difference. vivo’s launch page advertises an AnTuTu score above 3 million for the X200T; that is a vendor claim, not an independent, comparable test of both phones.
Both models are listed with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage options. For the 512 GB configuration, the FE offers 16 GB RAM while the X200T offers 12 GB. The X200T lists UFS 4.1 storage, while the FE lists UFS 3.1; the FE’s memory is LPDDR5X and the X200T’s is LPDDR5X Ultra. If you need the largest listed RAM configuration, the FE is the one to consider; if the newer listed storage standard is more important, that points to the X200T.

Camera differences
Rear cameras
Both phones list 50 MP main and telephoto cameras. The key specification difference is the ultra-wide camera: 8 MP on the X200 FE and 50 MP on the X200T, whose rear cameras are branded ZEISS. A higher megapixel count does not by itself prove better image quality; sensor, lens, processing and shooting conditions also matter. No comparative camera testing is established here.
Front cameras
The X200 FE lists a 50 MP front camera, against 32 MP for the X200T in the comparison listing. That gives the FE the higher selfie-camera resolution on paper, but megapixels alone do not determine the quality of selfies or video calls.

Battery and charging
vivo specifies a 6500 mAh typical-capacity battery for the X200 FE and 6200 mAh typical for the X200T. Both list 90 W wired charging. The X200T also supports 40 W wireless charging, while wireless charging is unsupported on the FE. These are manufacturer specifications, not measured battery-life results: capacity alone does not predict how long a phone lasts between charges.

There is no reliable like-for-like current price comparison in the available listings. At the time of access, 91mobiles showed the X200 FE at ₹52,880 as out of stock and the X200T at ₹59,999 through Flipkart. Beebom lists launch prices of ₹54,999 for the FE and ₹59,999 for the X200T; launch prices are historical and do not guarantee today’s offer. Before deciding on price, compare the same RAM and storage tier, confirm the seller and stock, and check the final checkout price. A 12 GB + 256 GB listing is not directly comparable with a 16 GB + 512 GB listing, and a displayed price may not be available to every buyer.
Which phone should you buy?
Choose the vivo X200 FE if
- You want a shorter, lighter phone with a 6.31-inch display.
- You prefer the larger stated typical battery capacity.
- You want the listed 16 GB RAM option in the 512 GB configuration.
- The 50 MP front-camera specification is a priority.
Choose the vivo X200T if
- You want a larger 6.67-inch display.
- You prefer its newer listed Dimensity 9400+ chipset and UFS 4.1 storage.
- A 50 MP ultra-wide camera specification or 40 W wireless charging matters to you.
Are the X200 FE and X200T waterproof?
Both phones carry IP68/IP69 ratings. These are protection ratings, not a promise that either device is permanently waterproof. vivo warns on its X200T specification page that “The dust and water resistance is not permanent and may be reduced due to daily use.” See the official X200T specifications and caution.
