The vivo V70 is the smaller, more camera-versatile option on vivo’s Global specification page, with a dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera. The vivo V70 FE has a larger display and 7,000 mAh typical-capacity battery, and its rear system is built around a 200 MP main camera. In Indonesia’s 9 March 2026 launch pricing, the V70 cost Rp2,500,000 more than the least expensive V70 FE configuration; that is a historical, market-specific comparison, not a current-price claim.

How the cameras differ
V70: a dedicated telephoto camera
The V70’s Global listing includes a 50 MP OIS telephoto camera alongside its main and ultrawide cameras. That gives it a listed camera option specifically for telephoto framing, such as portraits or distant subjects, rather than relying only on the main camera’s crop.

V70 FE: a high-resolution main camera
The FE pairs a 200 MP OIS main camera with an 8 MP wide-angle camera. Its headline resolution may be useful for detail-rich main-camera capture, but megapixel counts alone do not establish photo quality. The available specifications do not provide independent camera tests or enough evidence to declare either model the better camera phone.
Screen, battery, and size
The V70 FE has the larger listed display at 6.83 inches, compared with 6.59 inches on the V70. It also has the higher typical battery capacity: 7,000 mAh versus 6,500 mAh. Capacity does not by itself predict real-world battery life, which depends on usage and other conditions.

The V70 is lighter according to vivo’s listed weights: 187 g for the black version or 194 g for other colors, compared with 200 g for the FE. Both Global pages list 90W charging. vivo also lists IP68 and IP69 ratings for both; these ratings are not an unconditional waterproofing promise, so consult the documentation and test conditions for the exact regional model.

vivo Indonesia announced these launch prices on 9 March 2026. They are launch prices for Indonesia, not verified current street prices or prices for other markets.

Against the least expensive FE configuration, the V70’s announced price was Rp2,500,000 higher. Compared with the FE’s 12GB + 256GB configuration, it was Rp1,800,000 higher. These comparisons use the Indonesian launch prices announced by vivo Indonesia; configurations are not all identical, so compare memory and storage as well as price.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the V70 for its listed camera flexibility if a dedicated telephoto camera matters more to you than a higher-resolution main-camera specification.
- Consider the V70 FE for a larger screen and bigger stated battery capacity if those specifications better match your priorities.
- Use local pricing and configuration to decide value. The documented price gap applies to Indonesia’s launch announcement; current prices and stock were not established for other markets or even as current Indonesian street pricing.
Before buying, confirm the exact local SKU, network bands, SIM or eSIM support, memory and storage, warranty, and whether a charger is included. vivo’s Global pages warn that regional specifications and availability can vary.
