The vivo V70 FE and Xiaomi REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G have similarly sized 120 Hz AMOLED displays, but their listed hardware priorities differ: vivo’s India specifications emphasize a 200 MP OIS main camera and 90 W charging, while Xiaomi’s Saudi specifications list a larger 8,340 mAh typical battery and an 8 MP ultrawide camera alongside its 50 MP OIS main camera. Neither regional specification sheet establishes which phone performs better overall, and the available official prices are from different markets, so they do not support a like-for-like price difference.

This comparison uses vivo’s India V70 FE specification page and Xiaomi’s Saudi Arabia REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G specification page. They are regional listings, not proof that every country sells the same configuration. vivo notes that specifications and availability can vary by country or region; Xiaomi says network bands may vary by region and carrier.

On these two listings, both phones have a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The published resolutions are close but not identical: vivo lists 2800 × 1260 pixels, while Xiaomi lists 2772 × 1280 and describes its panel as 1.5K. Those figures are not enough to establish which screen looks better in use; brightness, calibration, viewing conditions and other details would matter too.

Which has the faster processor?
The India-listed vivo uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo; Xiaomi’s Saudi listing names the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 and specifies a peak clock of up to 2.4 GHz. Chip names and peak clock alone do not show which phone is faster in everyday use or sustained workloads. A fair performance verdict would require comparable testing of the exact regional models, which these specifications do not provide.
Battery capacity and charging are different trade-offs
Xiaomi lists an 8340 mAh typical battery, compared with vivo’s 7000 mAh typical figure. That gives the Xiaomi listing the higher nominal capacity, but battery capacity alone does not establish longer real-world runtime. Screen settings, network conditions, software and workload all affect how long a phone lasts.

vivo lists 90 W wired charging and Xiaomi lists 67 W. The higher wattage is vivo’s listed advantage, but it does not by itself establish how long either phone takes to charge: the specifications cited here are not comparable charging-time tests. Check the local package contents and charger compatibility before buying an adapter, since box contents may vary by market.
Camera hardware: higher main-camera resolution versus an ultrawide
vivo’s India listing highlights a 200 MP OIS main camera. Xiaomi’s Saudi listing specifies a 50 MP OIS main camera plus an 8 MP ultrawide, giving it a separately listed wider-angle rear option. Megapixel counts and lens lists describe hardware; they do not prove which phone takes better photos. Image quality also depends on factors such as sensor characteristics, processing and shooting conditions.

The listed front-camera resolutions also differ: vivo specifies a 50 MP autofocus front camera, and Xiaomi specifies 16 MP. This is a specification comparison, not evidence that one produces better selfies.
Water and dust protection ratings are not interchangeable claims
vivo lists IP68/IP69 for the India V70 FE. Xiaomi lists IP69K for the Saudi REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G and identifies ISO 20653:2023. Keep the manufacturers’ ratings and stated standard attached to their respective regional models: the labels do not establish identical certification protocols or guarantee a phone is immune to damage in every exposure.

What is the price difference?
There is no defensible general price difference from the available official figures because they are not a same-country, same-date, same-storage comparison. Xiaomi’s official examples vary by market and configuration:

A third-party 91mobiles comparison result displayed ₹38,989 for vivo V70 FE and ₹36,999 for REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G. Treat those as a volatile snapshot, not confirmed official prices or a lasting saving: retailer, storage configuration and timing can affect the displayed figures. To calculate a useful difference, compare the exact models and memory tiers sold in your country on the same date, including any promotion.
Regional variants can change the comparison
Do not assume every V70 FE has the India-listed camera setup. vivo Singapore lists a 32 MP front camera and an 8 MP wide-angle rear camera, unlike the India page’s 50 MP autofocus front camera and 200 MP OIS main-camera listing. Check the specification page for the country where you plan to buy rather than combining details from separate regional variants. vivo’s Singapore V70 FE listing shows that market difference.
Availability and terms also vary by country. vivo Pakistan’s announcement says preorders began on 28 April 2026 and official sales on 5 May 2026 in Pakistan; it states a one-year warranty, a 15-day free replacement policy and a six-month warranty for accessories in that market. - Consider the vivo V70 FE if the India-listed configuration’s 200 MP OIS main camera or 90 W charging is a priority. These are hardware specifications, not proof of superior photos or a particular charging time.
