What is the price difference?
A reliable direct price difference cannot be calculated from the cited official figures. vivo India’s April 9, 2026 sale announcement listed the V70 FE at INR 37,999 for 8 GB + 128 GB, INR 40,999 for 8 GB + 256 GB, and INR 44,999 for 12 GB + 256 GB. These are announcement prices, not verified current street prices. See the vivo India announcement.
vivo China lists recommended S60 prices of CNY 3,599 for 12 GB + 256 GB, CNY 3,999 for 12 GB + 512 GB, and CNY 4,399 for 16 GB + 512 GB. The S60 page lists May 2026 as its launch month. Those China prices and configurations are not equivalent to the India V70 FE offers.

Currency conversion would not show what either phone costs a buyer in the same market: local taxes, promotions, import costs, warranty coverage, and variant support can differ. For a buying decision based on price, compare current offers for both phones in one country, matching RAM and storage as closely as possible, and note the seller and date.
Which phone has the better display?
The V70 FE gives you the larger panel: 6.83 inches versus 6.59 inches on the S60. Both are AMOLED, and both official pages list high-resolution panels. vivo India specifies up to 120 Hz and 1900-nit local peak brightness for the V70 FE; vivo China lists S60 refresh-rate options through 144 Hz. The cited S60 specifications do not establish an equivalent brightness figure, so the V70 FE’s brightness number should not be treated as a direct brightness win.

Choose by priority: the V70 FE offers more screen area, while the S60’s smaller stated height and width may suit someone seeking a more compact handset. Refresh-rate ceilings alone do not establish overall display quality.
How do the cameras differ?
V70 FE: high-resolution main camera
The India-market V70 FE lists a 200 MP optically stabilized main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide with a 120° field of view. Its front camera is 50 MP with autofocus.

S60: dedicated periscope telephoto
The China-market S60 lists a stabilized 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP periscope telephoto with OIS, and a 110° ultrawide. Its front camera is 50 MP.
The practical hardware distinction is the S60’s dedicated periscope telephoto versus the V70 FE’s higher-resolution main-camera specification. Megapixel counts and lens types do not prove which phone takes better photos; the cited specifications are not a controlled image-quality comparison.

Performance, battery and charging
The phones use different 4 nm platforms: the V70 FE has MediaTek’s Dimensity 7360-Turbo, and the S60 has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. The cited official pages do not provide a controlled head-to-head benchmark, so the chip names alone are not enough to quantify a real-world performance gap.
Both brands list up to 90 W wired charging. vivo gives the V70 FE a 7,000 mAh typical battery and the S60 a 7,200 mAh typical battery. Typical capacity is a specification, not a runtime result: screen settings, network conditions, software, and usage affect how long a phone lasts.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the V70 FE if you want the larger 6.83-inch display or prioritize its 200 MP OIS main-camera specification, and you are shopping for the India-market model.
- Consider the S60 if you prefer a smaller stated body, want a dedicated periscope telephoto camera, or are shopping in China for its Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 configuration.
- Do not decide on a supposed price saving using the India V70 FE announcement prices and China S60 recommended prices; they describe different markets and memory tiers.
Before importing or buying across regions, verify local warranty, cellular-band compatibility, software variant, availability, and the exact configuration. vivo India lists the V70 FE through its official site, Flipkart, Amazon, vivo exclusive stores, and partner retail stores, but current stock and prices should be checked with the seller. The India shop listing says a case and protective film are included in the V70 FE box; confirm contents for the specific retail package.
