The vivo V70 FE and OPPO F33 5G are both mid-range 5G phones with the same listed typical battery capacity, 7000 mAh. Beyond that they diverge. On manufacturer-published specifications, the V70 FE offers a higher-resolution rear main camera, a larger and sharper display and faster listed charging at 90W. The F33 5G is lighter, specifies an adaptive refresh rate up to 120Hz and carried lower launch prices in India. Spec sheets alone do not show which phone takes better photos, runs games more smoothly or lasts longer in daily use.
How the India prices compare
The two prices come from different kinds of source, so they are not a like-for-like market comparison. OPPO’s figures are the launch prices announced in OPPO India’s newsroom on April 15, 2026. vivo’s figure is the price shown on vivo India’s store page when it was checked on October 7, 2026. That page showed the 8GB+128GB V70 FE variant at ₹44,999, but the selected variant was marked out of stock at the time.
| Configuration | vivo V70 FE (India store page, checked October 7, 2026) | OPPO F33 5G (India launch price, April 15, 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| 6GB+128GB | Not stated in the vivo listing checked | ₹31,999 |
| 8GB+128GB | ₹44,999 (selected variant showed out of stock) | ₹34,999 |
| 8GB+256GB | Not stated in the vivo listing checked | ₹37,999 |
| 12GB+256GB | Not stated in the vivo listing checked | Not in OPPO’s launch listing |
On paper, the only matching tier is 8GB+128GB, where the gap is ₹10,000 in OPPO’s favour (₹44,999 against ₹34,999). That figure should not be presented as a current discount or as the street price of either phone. OPPO’s launch price is a fixed announcement from April, and vivo’s figure is a single store-page reading on one day for a variant that was unavailable. Current pricing on marketplaces can differ from both.
Display
vivo lists the V70 FE with a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel at 2800 × 1260 pixels, a 1.5K-class resolution. OPPO lists the F33 5G with a 6.57-inch AMOLED panel at 2372 × 1080 pixels. The vivo panel is larger and has more pixels, but more pixels do not automatically mean a sharper image at normal viewing distance, and panel quality depends on factors the spec sheet does not give.

The refresh rate is the clearest difference in what each maker states. OPPO specifies an adaptive refresh rate up to 120Hz, meaning the panel raises or lowers its rate depending on content. The vivo listing used for this comparison does not state a refresh rate, so the two cannot be compared on that point from the sources checked.
Cameras
The V70 FE has a 200 MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8 MP 120° ultra-wide camera. The F33 5G has a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP monochrome camera. On the rear, vivo’s hardware is the more ambitious on paper, but the megapixel count is a sensor resolution figure. Image quality depends on sensor size, pixel binning, processing and lens quality, none of which the listings settle.

The front cameras also differ: 50 MP autofocus on the V70 FE and 16 MP on the F33 5G. Again, that is the higher listed resolution, not a verified selfie advantage. Whether either phone’s camera is better in practice needs side-by-side sample shots, which were not part of the sources used here.
Battery and charging
Both manufacturers list a 7000 mAh typical battery capacity. “Typical” is the figure each company publishes, and it is not a guaranteed minimum, so the two numbers are comparable only as stated by each maker. Charging is where the listings diverge. vivo specifies up to 90W for the V70 FE. OPPO specifies up to 80W with its SUPERVOOC system for the F33 5G. The two ratings come from different charging systems, so the higher number tells you the rated maximum, not how quickly either phone charges from a specific percentage in real use.

Chipset, memory and weight
Chipset
The V70 FE uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo, and the F33 5G uses the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 MAX. Chipset names alone do not establish which phone is faster in games or everyday tasks. Sustained performance, thermal throttling and software tuning all affect the result, and the sources checked do not include a reliable performance test for either model.

Memory and storage

OPPO lists the F33 5G at about 189g. vivo lists the V70 FE at 200g in Monsoon Blue and 202g in Northern Lights Purple. The F33 5G is the lighter phone on the listed figures, which matters for one-handed use and long sessions in a pocket or hand.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Software
The V70 FE runs OriginOS 6 and the F33 5G runs ColorOS 16 as their listed software. Neither listing in the sources checked states a guaranteed number of years of OS or security updates, so do not assume an update period for either phone without confirming it with the manufacturer.
What the specifications cannot tell you
- Camera quality: megapixels and OIS are hardware features, not proof of better photos.
- Gaming and speed: no reliable independent benchmark for either model was established in the sources used.
- Battery life: the 7000 mAh figures are typical capacities, not measured runtimes.
- Durability: OPPO’s launch announcement describes the F Series in promotional terms. Goldee Patnaik, Head of Communications, OPPO India, said in that April 15, 2026 announcement: “The F Series has earned its reputation as India’s Durable Champion, a smartphone that is built for real life.” That is the company’s characterisation, not an independent durability test.
Which phone fits your priorities
- Choose the vivo V70 FE if a higher-resolution main camera, a larger display and faster rated charging matter most to you, and you can find it in stock at a price you accept.
- Choose the OPPO F33 5G if you want the lighter phone, a stated adaptive refresh rate up to 120Hz, and a lower launch price, especially in the 8GB+128GB configuration.
- Decide on the photos only after testing: if camera results are the deciding factor, compare sample images from independent reviewers before buying.
Before you buy
- Pick the RAM and storage tier first, since prices only match at 8GB+128GB among the figures checked.
- Open the current listing for the exact variant on vivo India’s store and on the marketplace you plan to use, and confirm stock and price on the day you buy.
- Treat OPPO’s ₹31,999, ₹34,999 and ₹37,999 figures as launch prices from April 2026, not current market prices.
- OPPO’s April 15, 2026 announcement names Amazon as a sales channel for the F33 5G. That does not confirm current availability there, so check the listing directly.
The Bottom Line
Neither phone wins on specifications alone. The V70 FE leads on the listed rear camera resolution, screen size and charging rating, while the F33 5G is lighter, states a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and has the lower launch price. At the one matching tier, 8GB+128GB, the figures show a ₹10,000 gap, but vivo’s price was a single observation on a day the variant was out of stock. Buy the phone whose listed strengths match what you value, and confirm the live price and stock before you order.
