The vivo V60 and Samsung Galaxy A57 5G suit different priorities: the V60 lists a dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera, a 6,500 mAh typical battery and 90W charging, while Samsung lists a lighter 179 g body and security updates through 31 March 2032. There is no single winner on these specifications, and the available price listings do not establish a dependable current price gap in India.

Camera comparison: the V60 adds a dedicated telephoto
The V60’s clearest camera hardware distinction is its dedicated 50 MP ZEISS super telephoto camera, alongside a 50 MP main camera with OIS and an ultra-wide camera. Samsung lists a 50 MP, 12 MP and 5 MP rear-camera setup with OIS. That gives the V60 a specifically identified telephoto role in its camera system; the resolution figures alone do not show which phone takes better photos.

Battery, charging and display
Battery and charging
vivo specifies a 6500 mAh typical battery and 90W charging for the V60. Samsung specifies a 5000 mAh typical battery for the A57. These figures favor the V60 on stated capacity and charging wattage, but they do not establish how long either phone lasts in everyday use or how long a full charge takes. The reviewed source set contains no apples-to-apples independent battery-runtime or charging-time test.

Display

Samsung describes the A57’s display as 17.11 cm full rectangle (approximately 6.7 inches), 1080 × 2340, Super AMOLED Plus and 120 Hz. The listed size and panel descriptions distinguish the screens, but do not establish a subjective quality winner.

Price difference in India: listings do not settle a current gap
Prices and stock are dynamic, and the observed figures are not directly comparable as a reliable current price gap. Samsung India’s store displayed ₹62,999 for the A57’s 8 GB/256 GB model, with an MRP of ₹77,999 and promotional offers. This was a store listing observed in 2026, not a guaranteed ongoing price. The official vivo India pages consulted did not establish a current selling price.

A 91mobiles comparison listing observed in 2026 showed ₹34,990 for the V60 and ₹58,999 for the A57, a ₹24,009 difference, but marked both models out of stock. Because the Samsung figure differs from Samsung’s own store listing and the vivo figure is not an official selling price, that difference should not be treated as the current market gap.
Before buying, compare live checkout prices from the same date and seller where possible, and match storage variants. Check whether a figure is a list price or an offer price, as well as availability and eligibility conditions.

What the specifications cannot tell you
The manufacturer pages provide specifications, not controlled tests of speed, camera output, battery runtime or charging time. Samsung’s cited specification excerpt does not state an IP rating; that is not proof that the phone has no water or dust protection. Check the exact regional model’s current product details before relying on a protection rating or a support policy not listed here.
