The vivo V50 has the larger stated battery, faster charging, and higher-resolution front and ultra-wide cameras; the iQOO Z10R has a different chipset and a stated software-update commitment. Both list a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and IP68/IP69 ratings. There is no reliable current price gap to quote without matching storage configurations: the two official Z10R prices observed on October 4, 2026, are for different variants, and a current official V50 price was not established.

These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not results from a side-by-side test. In particular, the processor names alone do not establish which phone performs better in everyday use or games, and the camera resolutions do not guarantee better photos.
Display: similar headline specifications
Both manufacturers list a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with 2392 × 1080 resolution and a refresh rate up to 120Hz for the V50 and 120Hz for the Z10R. That makes the headline size, resolution, and refresh rate closely matched. Those figures do not establish equal brightness, color calibration, outdoor visibility, or display tuning.
Camera differences: V50 adds a dedicated ultra-wide
Rear cameras
The V50 lists a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a separate 50MP autofocus ultra-wide camera with a 119.4° field of view. The Z10R lists a 50MP Sony main camera with OIS alongside a 2MP bokeh camera. The practical hardware distinction is that the V50 has a dedicated, high-resolution ultra-wide option, while the Z10R’s secondary rear camera is for bokeh effects rather than ultra-wide framing. The specifications do not show which phone produces better images.

Selfies and video
The V50’s front camera is listed at 50MP with autofocus; the Z10R’s is 32MP. The higher pixel count is a specification difference, not proof of better selfies. iQOO says the Z10R supports 4K video recording at 30fps on its front and main rear cameras. Do not assume equivalent video modes for the V50 from the cited specification details.
Battery and charging: V50 leads on stated capacity and power
Vivo lists the V50 at 6000mAh typical capacity and 90W FlashCharge. iQOO lists the Z10R at 5700mAh typical capacity, 5570mAh rated capacity, and 44W charging. The V50 therefore has the larger listed typical capacity and higher charging wattage. These figures do not predict a specific screen-on time or recharge duration: no controlled side-by-side runtime or charging test is established here, and actual battery life varies with signal, settings, and workload.

Performance and software support
Chipsets
The V50 uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, while the Z10R uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7400. These platform identifiers are useful when checking app compatibility or looking up testing for the exact models, but they are not a performance ranking. No comparable independent benchmark or real-world test is established here.

Both phones are listed with Android 15-based software: Funtouch OS 15 on the V50 and Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 on the Z10R. iQOO explicitly promises two years of OS upgrades and up to three years of security updates for the Z10R. The cited V50 specification page does not establish a matching support duration, so it would be inaccurate to infer that the V50 has the same commitment—or a shorter one—from that page alone.

Durability: IP ratings are not a waterproof guarantee
Both phones list IP68 and IP69 ratings. iQOO’s product page cautions that water resistance is not permanent and that liquid-ingress damage is not covered by warranty. Treat the ratings as defined resistance claims, not permission to deliberately submerge either phone or use it without care around water. The cited material does not establish identical test conditions for the two models.

The two Z10R prices are for different RAM and storage tiers, so their ₹4,000 difference is not a like-for-like model comparison. Since a current official V50 price was not established, a definitive V50-versus-Z10R price gap cannot be calculated from these figures. Check the manufacturer or retailer listings for the exact RAM/storage variants at the same time, and separate the listed price from sale pricing, bank discounts, and exchange offers.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the V50 if: its dedicated 50MP autofocus ultra-wide, 50MP autofocus front camera, 6000mAh typical battery, or 90W charging best fits your priorities.
- Consider the Z10R if: its 50MP main-camera 4K video claim or iQOO’s stated software-update commitment matters most to you, or if its price for your preferred memory configuration is lower.
- Compare carefully if performance is the deciding factor: the available chipset names are not a substitute for comparable testing of both exact models.
- Before buying, verify: the exact RAM/storage variant, the current India price, and any offer conditions. A price for one memory tier should not be presented as the price of every version.
