The vivo V50 5G was listed on vivo India’s official store at ₹42,999 for the 8GB+256GB Starry Night variant and ₹48,999 for the 12GB+512GB Titanium Grey variant when checked on 4 October 2026. vivo also lists an 8GB+128GB configuration, but a current price for it was not established. Prices and availability are variant-specific and can change.

The prices below are the official vivo India store listings observed on 4 October 2026, not guaranteed prices or confirmation of current stock. The product page lists three configurations; only two accessed listings displayed a price.

Display and design details
vivo specifies a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with 2392 × 1080 resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and 387 PPI. Its parameter page lists 4,500 nits of local peak brightness, while vivo’s overview separately advertises 1,300 nits maximum global brightness. These are distinct manufacturer-published brightness figures, not independent measurements.

Dimensions and weight differ by color. Titanium Grey is listed at 189g and 0.739cm thick; Starry Night is 199g and 0.767cm thick; Rose Red is 199g and 0.757cm thick. vivo lists a glass back for Starry Night and Rose Red, and a plastic-composite sheet for Titanium Grey.
Processor, memory and storage
The V50 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. vivo lists an eight-core CPU arrangement of one core at 2.63GHz, three at 2.4GHz and four at 1.8GHz. Memory options are 8GB and 12GB RAM, with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. Listed storage capacities are 128GB, 256GB and 512GB; expandable storage is not listed. Usable space is lower than the stated capacity because the operating system and pre-installed apps take up storage.

Camera specifications
The rear camera system combines a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 50MP autofocus ultra-wide camera. vivo lists f/1.88 for the main camera and f/2.0 with a 119.4-degree field of view for the ultra-wide camera. The front camera is 50MP autofocus with an f/2.0 aperture.

Battery and charging
vivo lists a 6,000mAh typical battery capacity and a rated capacity of 5,870mAh. The phone supports 90W FlashCharge; vivo says maximum supported charging power requires the original charger and cable, and actual power varies with usage conditions. Wireless charging is not supported.
vivo also advertises 21 hours of YouTube playback and four-year battery health. These are vendor-published claims rather than independent endurance or battery-aging test results.

Software and update policy
The V50 ships with Android 15 and Funtouch OS 15. vivo says it promises three major Android upgrades and up to four years of security updates. Its product page does not provide a detailed rollout calendar, so timing for particular updates is not specified.
Durability, network bands and connectivity
vivo lists IP68 and IP69 ingress-protection ratings. Those ratings are the manufacturer’s stated specifications; they should not be read as a guarantee against every kind of water exposure. Check compatibility with your carrier if 5G band support is important: the listed bands are n1/n3/n5/n8/n28/n40/n66/n77/n78.
