The vivo V70’s listed strengths are its larger battery, faster rated charging, telephoto camera and higher water-and-dust protection rating. The V30 Pro has a larger screen and, in the India listings cited here, twice the storage. In India, the displayed prices differ by ₹13,000, but the models are listed with different storage capacities, so that is not a like-for-like premium.

Performance: different processors, no verified benchmark winner
The V30 Pro uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8200, while the V70 uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4; both are listed as 4nm chips. Those specifications identify different processor platforms, but they do not establish which phone performs better in games or everyday use. The cited sources provide no independent benchmark comparison.

Display: V30 Pro is larger
The V30 Pro’s 6.78-inch display is larger than the V70’s 6.59-inch screen. Their listed pixel dimensions are close, and both support refresh rates up to 120Hz. Choose based on preferred screen size rather than assuming the size difference alone means a meaningful difference in image quality.
Battery and charging: higher listed figures on V70
vivo lists typical capacities of 5000mAh for the V30 Pro and 6500mAh for the V70, with rated charging of 80W and 90W, respectively. These are manufacturer specifications, not measured battery-life results: they do not show how long either phone lasts under a particular workload or how quickly it charges in real-world conditions.

Cameras: telephoto on V70, three 50MP modules on V30 Pro
The V30 Pro pairs its 50MP OIS main camera with 50MP portrait and autofocus ultrawide cameras. The V70 pairs a 50MP OIS main camera with a 50MP OIS telephoto camera and an 8MP ultrawide. That gives the V70 a dedicated telephoto role, while the V30 Pro lists a higher-resolution ultrawide. Camera specifications alone cannot show which takes better photos; the cited material does not include independent image-quality tests.

Protection: higher ingress ratings on V70
The V30 Pro is rated IP54, while the V70 lists IP68 and IP69. These ratings indicate different levels of protection under defined test conditions; they do not guarantee protection from every kind of liquid, damage or accident. Review the local product warranty before relying on a rating.

What is the vivo V30 Pro vs V70 price difference?
In vivo India listings, the V30 Pro 12GB+512GB is displayed at ₹51,999 on the comparison page, while the V70 12GB+256GB is displayed at ₹64,999 on its product page. Subtracting those listed prices gives a ₹13,000 difference. This is a snapshot of two official listings, not a matched-configuration price comparison: storage differs, and vivo’s comparison page showed the V70 FE rather than the V70 alongside the V30 Pro. The V70 product page also shows an MRP of ₹75,999. Prices and offers can change, so check the live local listing before purchase.

Prices elsewhere should be treated separately rather than converted into a global price verdict. vivo Philippines lists the V30 Pro 12GB+512GB at ₱34,999. vivo Indonesia’s March 9, 2026 launch announcement gave Rp8,999,000 as the V70 12GB+256GB launch price; that is a launch figure, not confirmed current retail pricing.

Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the V70 if its local price works for you and you prioritize the larger listed battery, 90W rated charging, a telephoto camera, the newer Android version shown on vivo’s global page, or its IP68/IP69 ratings.
- Consider the V30 Pro if you want the larger screen, value its three listed 50MP rear camera modules, or find its 12GB+512GB India listing better suited to your storage needs and budget.
Neither specification sheet establishes a universal winner: the sources do not provide independent performance, endurance, durability or image-quality testing, and prices and configurations vary by market. Compare the exact storage variant and current local price before deciding.
