A full head-to-head is not possible yet. vivo publishes a detailed India specification sheet for the T5x 5G, but the Moto G37 Power listing on Motorola India’s store confirms only its name, storage options and a price. Without Motorola’s detailed specifications, no reliable winner can be named for performance, battery, display, cameras or value. The price gap shown online is also not a like-for-like difference, because the listed configurations do not match.
What you can and cannot conclude today
The vivo T5x has a complete manufacturer specification set that can be checked line by line. The Moto G37 Power is the opposite: the store confirms that the model exists, lists three memory and storage configurations, and shows a price, but the detailed specification page could not be located in India-market sources at the time of writing. Any comparison of processors, batteries, displays or cameras would therefore be guesswork. This article sets out what is verified, what is missing, and what to check before buying.

The vivo values are manufacturer claims published on vivo India’s product parameter page. They have not been independently measured, so battery endurance, charging speed and display brightness in daily use should be judged from reviews by named outlets that ran their own tests.

What the Moto G37 Power listing confirms
Motorola India’s catalog lists the model as “moto g37 power” in 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB options. The catalog entry shows a maximum retail price (MRP) of ₹26,499 and a displayed selling price of ₹19,999. The listing does not say which configuration the displayed price applies to, so the ₹19,999 figure cannot be assigned to a specific memory tier.
Do not treat other Motorola models with “Power” in their names as stand-ins. Model families share branding but often differ in chipset, battery and display, and a spec borrowed from a neighbouring model would make the comparison look more complete than the evidence allows.
Price difference: why the numbers do not line up
Two storefront observations were recorded for vivo, and they point to different configurations. The Motorola figure has no stated configuration. The table shows what each store displayed at the time of writing.

The vivo results are contradictory: a smaller memory configuration is listed above a larger one. That suggests the figures came from different selected SKUs or different store states, and neither should be treated as the T5x’s official price. The Motorola figure is a storefront snapshot, not a fixed price, and it may not reflect the cheapest or most common configuration.
How to run a fair price check
- Pick one memory and storage configuration for each phone. For the T5x, 8GB+256GB is the only configuration with a consistent price in the observations above; for the Moto G37 Power, confirm which of its three configurations the page shows.
- Open each brand’s official India store page and select that exact configuration. Record the MRP, the selling price and the date you checked.
- Check the same configuration on any retailer you plan to buy from, including bank or exchange offers, which can change the effective price.
- Repeat the check on the day you buy, because prices in these stores change without notice.
What to compare once Motorola’s specification sheet is confirmed
When Motorola publishes or a reliable source confirms the detailed Moto G37 Power specifications, compare the two phones on the following points:
- Matching memory and storage configurations, with dated current prices for each.
- Processor and operating system, including the update promise from each manufacturer.
- Battery capacity and charging wattage, since the T5x’s 7200mAh battery and 44W charging are both manufacturer figures.
- Display size, resolution, refresh rate and panel type.
- Rear and front camera hardware.
- Ingress protection rating, which vivo lists as IP68 and IP69 for the T5x.
- Supported 5G bands for the India market.
- Weight and dimensions.
- Included accessories in the box.
What is in the vivo T5x box
vivo’s store lists the T5x box as including a charger, USB cable, a phone case, an applied protective film, an eject tool, a quick-start guide and a warranty card. A separate case or charger is therefore only worth buying as a replacement or a spare. Confirm the contents of the specific unit you are buying, because listings can differ between sellers and bundles.
Verdict for now: the T5x is the phone with a complete, checkable specification set and a clearly documented storage ladder. The Moto G37 Power may be a strong budget option, but until its detailed specifications and matching prices are confirmed, this comparison cannot say which phone offers better value.
