The vivo T5 Pro 5G and vivo S60 are not a straightforward local-price comparison: vivo lists the T5 Pro on its India site, while the S60’s official specifications and prices are for China. The listed specs show the T5 Pro has the larger stated battery; the S60 has the higher-tier named Snapdragon chipset. A same-market price difference cannot be verified from the available listings.
Which models and markets are being compared?
The T5 Pro 5G is listed on vivo India’s official product page. The S60 is presented as the standard S60 on vivo China’s official specifications page. vivo China announced the S60 series on May 29, 2026, with sales scheduled to begin June 3, 2026, according to its launch announcement.
The S60 prices below are China-market suggested prices, not Indian retail prices. Gadgets 360’s listing says the S60 was not officially launched in India under that name as of its update; availability can change, and that secondary listing does not establish current stock or an official Indian launch. An imported listing, if available, is not the same as official local availability.

Which phone has better specs?
Processor
The S60’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is a higher-tier named platform than the T5 Pro’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. That distinction supports a comparison of the listed chipsets, but it does not establish a specific performance gap: no directly comparable benchmark or real-world test is available here.
Display
Both phones are listed or announced with 144 Hz displays. vivo specifies a 1.5K AMOLED display for the T5 Pro. For the S60, vivo’s announcement confirms 144 Hz, while the 6.59-inch and 1.5K details come from 91mobiles rather than the official S60 materials cited here. These figures do not establish which screen is brighter, more color-accurate, or better outdoors.

Camera
The T5 Pro’s published rear-camera details include a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with optical image stabilization and a 2 MP bokeh camera. The official S60 materials cited here do not provide a complete camera specification, so a hardware-by-hardware camera comparison is not possible. Megapixel counts alone would not establish which phone takes better photos.

Battery and charging
On stated capacity, the T5 Pro is listed at 9020 mAh typical (8820 mAh rated), compared with 7200 mAh for the S60. Both are listed with 90W charging. Capacity and charging ratings do not show actual battery life or charging time; no head-to-head endurance or charging test is established here.

Memory and storage
The S60’s official China configurations are specific: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+512GB. vivo describes the T5 Pro as offering up to 12GB RAM plus extended RAM, but the page information cited here does not establish a matching storage configuration. Extended RAM is not the same as physical RAM, so compare the actual memory and storage listed for the unit on sale.
What is the price difference?
A defensible same-market price difference is not established. vivo China lists the standard S60 at ¥3,599 for 12GB+256GB, ¥3,999 for 12GB+512GB, and ¥4,399 for 16GB+512GB. These are suggested prices in China. The cited vivo India T5 Pro page does not establish a current selling price, and the available information does not provide an India S60 price for a matching configuration.

Do not treat a currency conversion of the S60’s yuan prices as its Indian retail price or as the difference between the phones. A useful comparison requires current local prices for both devices, matching memory and storage where possible, and clarity about whether a listing is an official regional model or an import.
Which phone should you choose?
- If you are buying in India: the T5 Pro has an official vivo India product page. Check the current price, exact configuration, and seller before deciding. The evidence cited here does not establish an official India launch or current local price for the S60.
- If you are shopping in China: compare the S60’s configuration-specific suggested price with the T5 Pro’s locally available price and warranty terms. The China S60 figures should not be applied to another market.
- If chipset tier is your priority: the S60 lists Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, while the T5 Pro lists Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. Choose based on independent testing for the exact regional variants if measured performance matters.
- If stated battery capacity is your priority: the T5 Pro lists the larger typical capacity, while both devices list 90W charging. This is not a guarantee of longer real-world battery life.
The S60 series announcement also mentions an S60 Vitality Edition. Its specifications should not be mixed with those of the standard S60 compared here.
