The moto g67 power has the larger listed battery, a 120 Hz display, an ultrawide rear camera, and a higher-resolution selfie camera. The vivo T4x counters with a higher charging rating and a lower observed price—but the price figures are for different configurations and Motorola’s listing showed the g67 power out of stock. For India listings, the better choice depends on which features matter to you and what each phone actually costs when you buy.

These specifications come from the manufacturers’ India product pages. They describe the listed models, not necessarily versions sold in other markets.

The moto g67 power has the larger stated capacity at 7000 mAh, compared with the T4x’s 6500 mAh typical battery. The T4x, however, has the higher charging rating: 44 W versus Motorola’s stated 30 W device-charging capability.

Those figures show a capacity-versus-charging trade-off, not a measured battery-life or charging-time result. Battery life also depends on usage and conditions, and the reviewed sources do not provide a comparable test of the two phones.
How do their displays compare?
Motorola specifies a 120 Hz refresh rate for the g67 power’s 6.7-inch FHD+ LCD. Vivo lists a 6.72-inch, 2408 × 1080 LCD for the T4x, but the reviewed product page does not state its refresh rate. That missing figure is not evidence that the T4x has a lower refresh rate; it means the supplied listing does not establish a direct comparison on that point.

Which phone has the more versatile cameras?
Both manufacturers list a 50 MP main rear camera, but megapixel counts alone do not establish which takes better photos. The supporting cameras differ: the g67 power lists an 8 MP ultrawide camera, while the T4x lists a 2 MP bokeh camera. Choose Motorola if an ultrawide view is important; the listed T4x setup instead includes a camera identified for bokeh.
Motorola lists a 32 MP front camera, compared with 8 MP on the T4x. Resolution is only one factor in selfie quality, and the reviewed sources do not provide independent, comparable image tests.

What do the software and durability listings establish?
The g67 power listing specifies Android 15 and a commitment of one OS upgrade plus three years of security maintenance releases. Vivo lists Funtouch OS 15 for the T4x, but the reviewed sources do not establish an equivalent update commitment for it. That is a limit in the available comparison, not proof that vivo provides no updates.
Motorola also lists IP64 and Gorilla Glass 7i for the g67 power. The cited vivo product page does not provide equivalent durability details, so the listings do not support a like-for-like durability verdict.

- Consider the vivo T4x if its 44 W charging rating, included box accessories, or available price for your preferred configuration better fits your needs.
- Compare your exact options before buying. The vivo prices shown are for 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB variants, while the Motorola price page showed an out-of-stock listing. Neither page comparison is a dependable live, like-for-like offer.
The listed processors are different, but the manufacturer specifications alone do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use. The reviewed sources also provide no dated, independent benchmark comparing these models.
