The vivo T4x 5G is the stronger pick on listed specifications: it has the higher-tier Dimensity 7300 chipset, a sharper 120 Hz display, a larger battery and faster charging. The iQOO Z10 Lite 5G has a slightly larger screen and may make sense if its price for the same RAM and storage is meaningfully lower. Both list Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 and a 50 MP main rear camera.

Which phone has the better display?
The T4x has a considerably sharper panel: its 2408 × 1080 resolution exceeds the Z10 Lite’s 1600 × 720. vivo lists refresh rates up to 120 Hz for the T4x; 91mobiles reports 90 Hz for the Z10 Lite. The Z10 Lite’s screen is only 0.02 inches larger, so its modest size advantage does not offset the resolution difference for buyers who value crisp text and detail. vivo’s T4x specifications and iQOO’s Z10 Lite product page list the core display details.
Performance: Dimensity 7300 vs Dimensity 6300
The T4x lists MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 5G, while the Z10 Lite lists the Dimensity 6300. That makes the T4x the stronger choice on the chipset specifications available here. It is not a measured performance or gaming comparison: the listed processors alone do not establish real-world frame rates, heat, or app-loading times.
Battery capacity and charging
The T4x has a stated typical capacity of 6500 mAh and rated capacity of 6360 mAh; vivo lists up to 44 W FlashCharge. The Z10 Lite lists a 6000 mAh typical battery and 15 W charging. Those figures favor the T4x for capacity and charging power, but they do not establish how long either phone lasts or how quickly it charges in practice. vivo notes that actual performance can vary with software, environment and device.

Camera comparison
Both phones list a 50 MP autofocus main rear camera and a 2 MP bokeh camera. The T4x has an 8 MP, f/2.05 front camera; the Z10 Lite lists a 5 MP, f/2.2 front camera. The T4x therefore has the higher stated selfie resolution, but megapixels and aperture figures are not enough to determine image quality. No hands-on camera comparison is established by these specifications.
RAM, storage and India price difference
Compare prices only after matching RAM and storage. The T4x is listed in 6 GB + 128 GB, 8 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB configurations. The Z10 Lite adds lower-cost options, including 4 GB + 64 GB and 4 GB + 128 GB, alongside 6 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB.

Prices below are access-time snapshots for India, not guaranteed current offers. The iQOO India store showed ₹18,999 for the selected Z10 Lite 4 GB + 128 GB configuration. The vivo India store page showed ₹16,999 for the selected T4x 8 GB + 256 GB configuration, marked out of stock. These are different configurations, so the figures do not show a like-for-like price difference. Smartprix displayed ₹13,899 for the T4x and ₹18,999 for the Z10 Lite, with its details labeled last updated September 23, 2026; those figures likewise should not be treated as a matched-variant, same-retailer comparison. Both product pages list Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15. The reviewed specifications do not establish how long either phone will receive operating-system or security updates, so do not assume identical support duration from the shared software version.

Both are listed as IP64. That rating should not be described as waterproofing. vivo says the T4x rating was tested under controlled laboratory conditions and that resistance is not permanent and may diminish with wear. Treat protection claims as limited, rather than as permission to submerge either phone.

Choose the vivo T4x 5G if
- You want the sharper display and higher listed refresh rate.
- You prioritize the higher-tier listed chipset, greater stated battery capacity or faster charging.
- You prefer the higher-resolution front camera on paper.
Consider the iQOO Z10 Lite 5G if
- Its current price is substantially better for the RAM and storage configuration you need.
- You prefer its slightly larger screen or need one of its lower-memory configurations.
