What the extra money gets you
A newer-tier listed processor and newer listed software
The X200T lists a Dimensity 9400+ built on a 3nm process, compared with the T4 Ultra’s Dimensity 9300+ on 4nm. It also lists Android 16 with OriginOS 6, while the T4 Ultra lists Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15. These specifications make the X200T the higher-tier option on paper, but they do not establish how much faster it feels in everyday use or what update support either model will receive.
More battery capacity and wireless charging
vivo lists the X200T with a 6200mAh typical-capacity battery (6060mAh rated) and up to 40W wireless charging. The T4 Ultra lists 5500mAh typical capacity and 90W wired charging. Both list 90W wired charging. Capacity and charging specifications alone do not prove longer real-world battery life; usage, network conditions, settings, and charging accessories can affect results.

More camera resolution across the rear-camera array
The X200T’s three rear cameras are each listed at 50MP, and vivo identifies them as ZEISS-branded; its main camera has OIS. The T4 Ultra pairs a 50MP main camera with a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto and an 8MP ultrawide. If optical zoom at a specified 3x range matters to you, the T4 Ultra’s listed periscope is a clear hardware detail to weigh—not a guarantee that it will take better photos overall. Megapixel counts and branding do not substitute for independent camera samples.
Higher stated dust and water ratings
The X200T lists IP68 and IP69 ratings, while the T4 Ultra lists IP64. Those ratings distinguish their stated protection levels, but neither should be treated as a promise of permanent waterproofing. vivo cautions on the X200T product page: “This product is not a professional waterproof phone.”

Lighter listed weight
At about 192–193g, the T4 Ultra is roughly 10–13g lighter than the X200T at 203–205g, depending on colour. That difference may matter if you prefer a lighter phone for one-handed use or carrying, though comfort also depends on dimensions and personal preference.

A dedicated 3x periscope telephoto
The T4 Ultra specifically lists a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera. Choose based on the focal lengths and camera samples you actually use: vivo’s specifications establish the hardware, not comparative photo quality. The official pages do not provide an independent head-to-head camera test.
Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the T4 Ultra if the lower captured price, lighter listed weight, or 50MP 3x periscope configuration matters most. The checked 12GB+256GB listing was out of stock, so confirm availability.
- Consider the X200T if its listed IP68/IP69 ratings, larger stated battery, wireless charging, three 50MP rear cameras, eSIM capability, or newer listed processor and OS better match your priorities. Feature lists do not establish longer battery life, better photos, or faster everyday performance.
- For camera quality or performance decisions, look for independent comparisons using the scenes and workloads that matter to you. The manufacturer’s specification pages do not settle those real-world comparisons.
What to verify before ordering
- Confirm the exact storage variant and live price; the figures above apply to the selected 12GB+256GB India store listings.
- Check current stock and final checkout terms, because both listings were out of stock in the captured October 5, 2026 snapshot.
- Confirm regional specifications and network compatibility for your market. These details are based on vivo India pages; network bands, eSIM availability, bundles, and pricing can vary by region and SKU.
- If eSIM matters, verify support with your carrier and for the exact device SKU before purchase.
For product details, see vivo’s X200T overview. The store listings for both phones include a charger, cable, case, and applied screen film, along with other standard items.
