The vivo T4 Pro 5G has the stronger listed hardware on several fronts: a dedicated telephoto camera, a larger battery, faster wired charging, an IP69 rating and an available 12 GB RAM configuration. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 SE 5G offers reported microSD expansion and was cheaper in one dated 8 GB/128 GB price snapshot. Their reported display specifications match, so the screen alone does not separate them.
These are comparison-page specifications, not independent test results. Prices can change and vary by configuration; check current listings for the exact RAM and storage version before buying.

How the displays and performance compare
Display: matching headline specifications
Both phones are reported to have a 6.77-inch display with 1080 × 2392 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Those listed figures do not establish differences in brightness, color accuracy, outdoor visibility or panel quality, so the available comparison data does not give a reason to choose one screen over the other.
Processor: different chipset tiers, no measured result
The vivo is listed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, while the Redmi is listed with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. This identifies a chipset difference, but the comparison sources do not provide controlled benchmark, gaming, thermal or sustained-performance tests. Do not treat the processor names alone as proof of how much faster one phone will feel in everyday use.
Camera hardware: Vivo adds a telephoto camera
The vivo’s reported rear setup comprises a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto camera and a 2 MP depth sensor. Smartprix describes the telephoto as a 3× periscope camera. The Redmi is listed with a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP secondary camera.

The vivo therefore offers a more varied set of reported rear camera types, and its front camera is listed at 32 MP versus 20 MP for the Redmi. These are hardware distinctions, not evidence that the vivo takes better photos or selfies: the sources reviewed do not establish image quality through camera tests.
Battery, charging and durability ratings
The vivo is listed with a 6,500 mAh battery and 90 W wired charging; the Redmi is listed with 5,800 mAh and 45 W. These figures favor the vivo on paper, but no controlled battery-endurance or charging-time test is available in the comparison material. Actual results can depend on usage and charging conditions.
The reported ingress-protection ratings are IP69 for the vivo and IP65 for the Redmi. These are the ratings listed by the comparison source; they should not be read as a claim that either phone was independently tested for this comparison.

MicroSD expansion up to 1 TB is reported for the Redmi. The comparison sources do not list expandable storage for the vivo. Check the manufacturer’s documentation for the exact card-slot arrangement and supported capacity before relying on expansion, particularly if the phone uses a shared SIM/card slot.

Choose the vivo T4 Pro 5G if
- You want the reported dedicated telephoto camera, including the 3× periscope specification listed by Smartprix.
- You value the larger nominal battery capacity and higher listed wired-charging rate.
- The reported IP69 rating or 12 GB RAM/256 GB option matters to you.
Choose the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G if
- You want the reported microSD expansion option, subject to confirming the slot arrangement and capacity for the specific model.
- You prefer the lower price in Smartprix’s dated, matched 8 GB/128 GB snapshot, while checking today’s listing before purchase.
- A slightly lighter body is important: Smartprix reports 182 g for the Redmi and 192 g for the vivo, but Gadgets 360 lists the Redmi at 178 g, so the sources disagree on its weight.
Neither set of comparison pages establishes real camera quality, battery life, sustained speed, thermal behavior or long-term software experience. Those questions cannot be settled by the listed specifications alone.
