Choose the T4 Lite for a lower listed price and a larger screen
At 6.74 inches, its LCD is physically larger than the X300 FE’s 6.31-inch display, which may suit someone who prefers more screen area. It is also the less expensive phone in the observed store listings. Its HD+ 1600×720 resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate are lower on paper than the X300 FE’s AMOLED resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.

Choose the X300 FE for a compact, sharper display
The X300 FE combines a smaller 6.31-inch panel with AMOLED technology, 2640×1216 resolution and a specified 120 Hz refresh rate. That makes it the more compact option with higher display specifications; which size feels better is a matter of preference.

Consider the X300 FE for camera flexibility
Its listed rear camera arrangement includes a dedicated telephoto camera and a wide-angle camera, as well as OIS on the main and telephoto cameras. The T4 Lite lists a 50MP main camera and 2MP bokeh camera. These specifications describe camera hardware, not comparative photo quality; megapixel counts alone cannot show which phone takes better pictures.

vivo says its ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is compatible with the X300 FE and must be purchased separately. Check current availability and accessory compatibility before buying.
Performance, charging and durability are higher-tier on the X300 FE’s spec sheet
The X300 FE lists a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 on a 3 nm process, compared with the T4 Lite’s Dimensity 6300 5G on a 6 nm process. That places the X300 FE in a higher hardware tier on paper, but these specifications do not quantify real-world speed or establish a direct performance test.

The X300 FE also lists 90W wired and 40W wireless FlashCharge in its product overview, versus up to 15W FlashCharge for the T4 Lite. For dust and water resistance, vivo lists IP68 and IP69 for the X300 FE and IP64 for the T4 Lite. An IP rating is not a promise that a phone is waterproof or immune to damage. vivo specifically cautions that the T4 Lite’s resistance to splashes, water and dust is not permanent and may decrease with daily wear and tear.

Is the X300 FE worth the extra cost?
It depends on whether you will use its higher-tier specifications enough to justify your budget. The price evidence here compares a 4GB+128GB T4 Lite with a 12GB+256GB X300 FE, so it cannot settle value for equivalent memory and storage. Compare the live prices of the configurations you would actually buy.
